Normally I’d give this 3* based on cost to food quality, but the servers are always so friendly that I still feel great. Burgers are okay, but the fun part is all the free topping to choose from! Free onion ring on my burger? Yes please! I don’t know what that special red sauce is, but it’s soooo good! Meat can be a bit dry sometimes which can kinda kill the experience, but it’s usually not too bad. I used to use groupon for a cheap deal here and there, but stopped using that service some time ago, just in case someone wants to take a look for possibly a cheap coupon.

I don’t even like meat but this place is amazing. Clean, great quality food and nice classy people/owners. Great burgers!

I’ve been driving past the Fatburger on Lougheed and always told myself that next time I have a burger it will be at Fatburger. So on New Years Eve, my brothers and I decided to try it out. The place had some really nice comfy booth but we decided to sit towards the back where the heater was in full blast.(It was supremely cold that night.) The order taker was very nice and explained the order process and how the burgers are made. I choose the Old Style Bacon Cheddar and was I glad I did. The burger was nicely grilled and very juicy. There was plenty of maple bacon to give it that extra burger win. The cheese was real cheddar, not that processed stuff. Unfortunately, I paired it with their onion rings which were overly battered. Overall, a good burger joint worth a second visit.

Wow & Yum. It was all so much better than I could have ever expected. Every single thing was done to perfection and I was so pleased with the meal. We had a big order with a variety of options and no errors whatsoever. Delivered right to my door via«Skip the Dishes»( ) it was just a wonderful experience in general. Highly recommended.

If you’ve ever been to FB in the USA, this is super disappointing. Overpriced and only about as good as A&W. Chicken strips were actually good, but after a 20 min wait it wasn’t worth it.

Fatburger is always my favourite place to go to for a nice burger; the prices are fairly reasonable, and the taste easily surpasses the more expensive varieties that they serve in restaurants like Cactus Club. I dropped by here with hubs after visiting the Once Upon a Child in the area and it fulfilled our expectations! He got the angus burger with the pulled pork and I grabbed a veggie burger. The veggie patty wasn’t dry or tasteless; I rather liked the flavour though they could have made it thicker. The portion was somewhat lacking. Hub’s burger tasted excellent but there was a little too much bbq sauce, and it drowned out the flavours of the pulled pork. All I could kinda taste was the sauce. –1 for that. Service was pretty good. Next time I am in the area we will definitely come back.

I understand there are franchise fees to pay but this is not a quality burger for the price. First off I ordered the bacon lovers special for 14 bucks fries and pop combo. Not bad and and was priced lower because it was a special promo but my daughter’s baby fatburgers was about the size of McDonald’s mcdouble but much more expensive«$ 6.79». Ridiculous. I’ve had better experience at Five Guys. Better value IMO.

Yes you will pay a little more for a burger here, but it is so worth it. Nothing pre-cooked here. Made fresh to order, always hot and tasty.

Burger and fries were great once we could get our orders in. I had mine with lettuce wrap and the way they delivered it was great wrapped in burger foil and easy to eat. We ordered beers with fries instead of combo and that caused the clerk grief but for a family of 3 with two beers the bill came to $ 50 which is not unreasonable as the food was really good

So let’s get just this one out of the way. I used a Groupon. Yup. But holy moly — the pop is nearly 3 dollars *each*! Granted it’s all you can drink, but wow I was definitely not prepare to pay $ 6 bucks for just two fizzy beverages. So that was definitely sticker shock right there. That aside, the fatburgers were surprisingly not overly greasy, well-made, and tasted actually pretty good. Which leads us to the final question — would I pay full price for this? Tough one. I’d probably make this a «once in a while» thing. You gotta admit it — it’s pricy for what you get, which makes it all the more hilarious that there’s literally another fast food chain(McDonald’s?) just behind it — literally a few steps away.

This place gets 4 burger stars. Based on product, as a frame of reference, also getting 4 stars would typically be Vera’s and The Red Onion, McDonalds would be 1, White Spot Triple O and Carl’s Jr. would be 3.5. A 5 would include Romer’s and Moderne Burger for me. I’ve lived in PoCo since September 2013 and been to this location probably 5 times since, but only once in the past 4 months. The last visit was just very good. I ordered to go, but also decided to get a beer while I waited. Versus McDonald’s, this was a bit of a cafeteria-style /water approach, which I appreciated. The order taker remembered my name from having placed the order and used it appropriately over the next 12 minutes as my order was prepared and my beer delivered. I brought the food home and it was good. I’m skeptical of to-order orders placed to go because if something’s wrong when you get home, who’s going to go back? The two burgers we ordered were spot on and fries crispy. The burgers were not overly greasy, but not charred like you’d get at, say, Triple O’s. It was just good. I ordered 1 large combo, 1 milkshake, plus a burger, plus a beer. The total order, including the beer, was $ 30. It’s maybe 150% the price of McDonald’s for the same order, but worth it. As of this writing, the location has 2 stars. Before my last 2 visits, I’d give it 2 stars, maybe 1, just based on service. They’re really learned the game and stepped it up.

I used to love fat burger but either it’s changed drastically since the last time I went or this FB in particular isn’t up to par. We had to correct my burger twice. The lettuce was nearly nonexistent. When I told them my burger was wrong they seemed annoyed that I wanted a new burger and not just the toppings changed. Two of the staff kept saying ‘Jack?’ it took me three times asking them to repeat themselves before I realised they were asking if it was jack cheese for my burger. They kept putting on the toppings I said I didn’t want. It was nothing on the burgers I have had from the downtown FB where you get lots of fresh lettuce. The chips and doughnuts tasted stale. The only thing that tasted remotely like it used to was the milkshake. What a waste of a $ 4 tip. In the end my boyfriend had to buy a new burger because they wouldn’t listen. I won’t be going back to that one, I will stick to the downtown one where«mustard, mayo, onions and lettuce» is not too difficult and the staff are friendly.

I was not impressed with fat burger. It makes you feel heavy and gross afterward. The overall décor, seating and drinks were nice. It’s a welcome addition to the area but I’m planning to save my cash for a nice sit down restaurant.

A very good burger and fries. A bit pricey but hey they got franchise fees to pay. Friendly staff. Fast enough service. Comfy seating. Excellent alcohol options for a burger joint. They will forever be struggling with the weird access from Laughed Hwy. (gotta drive through McDonald’s to get here???) It’s a tough sell without a Groupon.

Still resonating as the best burger i had from a restaurant or fast food. But… Two major problems that make me hate the place. One they give you tiny little cups for a pop. We all know the recent article that each large pop only costs mcdonalds 5 cents. I know other restaurant owners who say its closer to 25 cents for them. For how expensive that burger is you should get a nice large drink with it and some fries which are also dirt cheap to make. No real good combos. Price and pop size keep me going elsewhere.

Another return with another groupon, this place is slowly winning me over, but only with groupon pricing. I like that they are licensed, beer and burgers is a winning combo! The service is always great. We tried the red velvet doughnuts and they were delicious!

It’s Fatburger! I can’t fault it. 6.99 for a huge homemade burger?! Dude that totally rocks. I also love the big booths at this location and the easy parking. I go here when I’m done suffering a trip to Ikea. Why get horse meatballs in hell when you can have a Fatburger and a beer in heaven.

Not going to lie, not worth $ 15 bucks for the meal. Newly opened, looks decently welcoming, but so unorganized. Such mixed responses from the staff, their answers completely contradicting the other. My boyfriend ordered a very simple burger meal, while I tried out a more complex burger. Surprisingly, mine came first! We had to wait another 10 – 15 minutes before his was ready. We took 2 meals home and the burger’s don’t look overly appealing. As I got into the first 4 – 6 bites, I chomped into something hard. I thought I really cracked my tooth! Spat it out and I still don’t know what it is. The burger has wayy too much cartilage ground up in there, I ended up spitting a bunch out. I don’t know what the hype for Fatburger was about, but I’m glad I know they gave me 3 reasons not to come back.
