I told the cashier #51052 Sherrie that I did not have my 10% discount card but in the past other cashiers have looked up the name of the company I work for and matched my ID with my buss card, Sherrie said NO right away and I respect that, but I don’t believe I needed her tone and attitude about it; I believe she has some sort of hearing problem because she had to ask twice in a very rude way when I said I was paying with Credit Card, then she went to explain me on a «preachy teacher» tone about the many many reasons why Mark’s will not accept a return of the shoes I was buying, I was upset by now, because of her tone, her«rude» way of explaining me the«return policy», so I told her that I already had a bad experience with Mark’s trying to return a defective pair of shoes in the past and the only reason I came back to shop is because there are no many other choices, as a way of getting on her same attitude plane, when she said keep the receipt in a safe place I said I didn’t care because it won’t make any difference anyway, Mark’s now won’t accept returns anyway, so she engaged in the little«battle» with me about keeping the receipt because she said makes a huge difference. My shopping experience was awful, I regret expending my money in this store, I’m even thinking of going and return the shoes I bought today. I will tell all my friends, my boss(the person that give us the 10% discount card) and coworkers about this store, and this cashier, and for sure, next time I need working boots and I will go buy them somewhere else.
