Coach Store

Went with my wife to buy a purse. I know they sell them at The Bay, but you don’t get the shopping experience you do from the Coach Store. They were informative, attentive, but not pushy. Got the wrong bag packed but, get this, the manager was willing to drive the bag 100 km to us on her day off! Of course it wasn’t necessary, but it’s indicative of the level of professionalism at the store. Wife is happy and made to feel special. Thanks Coach.

COACH DOES NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCT. My mothers barely touched bag had 3 straps miscellaneously break all at once. The bag did not have any signs of wear and tear whatsoever. With COACH opening these outlet stores it has really cheapened the brand.
COACH stated they would send my mom a 40% of coupon to shop in their stores. Great!!! So they want my mother to spend more money on potentially mire faulty products. All she wanted was her bag fixed or an equivalent replaced. She wasn’t even picky sbout colour!!! Coach did offer to osy $ 40.00 if simeone locally would repair it. All in all I feel this is shoddy on COACHs part. You pay for a seemingly luxury product and the product isn’t backed by the company. Coach has made this brand too accessable, and the quality has suffered. I’m tired of seeing every dumpy stay at home mom with a coach bag dangling on their arm. I will be selling all of mine. This girl is going to BACK Louis Vuitton!!! COACH clean up your act!!!

Walked in here on a Friday morning with a friend looking for a gift for her maid of honor. We previously went to Michael Kors, with horrible service that I was appalled to say the least.
We had a fabulous sales associate from the beginning she was super helpful and a complete delight. I am pretty sure her name was Clarissa, or another «C» name she was a small brunette.
My friend ended up purchasing a very nice purse for her maid of honor :)
It was a wonderful experience to say the least, makes me appreciate Coach much more!

I like the brightness of the store and the layout is good too. I have shopped here with my $ 100 off coupon they send in the mail a few times/​year or with my facebook coupon. The quality of their purses is good, and I am a fan of their leather purses more than the fabric ones as those are more difficult to keep clean. The Coach boutique stores have leather purses that are soft and better quality that the Factory outlet stores which are purses that are made specifically for the outlets and sold at a cheaper price.
Although I am a fan of the purses, the service in their store isn’t great. There are a few staff that are good but maybe half of them are just ok. They will bring you a new purse to look at before you purchase and if you’re not happy with that one, they will bring out another. The computers where you pay is a little awkward as sometimes you could be standing in others’ way.

Don’t listen to the other reviews. They are based on the price of the products, not the store itself. I have shopped at this store a number of times and am always impressed at the service. They are very nice and courteous, unlike other coach stores I have visited. The service is also very quick, and I recieved a handwritten letter of thanks and a 100 off voucher about a month after my first purchase. Very impressed!

I know nothing about bags, purses or what girls see in this store. I know many of them were really excited that one was opening in West Edmonton Mall and one day I just had to take a look.
I was not impressed with what I saw. For the most part this store sells bags. or purses. I am not really sure what the difference is anymore. They range in price from $ 100 to $ 400 and I was shocked. Most of these purses were huge and I still have no idea what the need is for such huge bags. How much could you possibly carry with you that you need a bag so big that you could fit another bag inside of it? It makes no sense to me. I can understand someone wanting a nice purse or bag or whatever they are called but the sizes and the prices were ridiculous. It must just be a girl thing.
I would suggest that no guy ever enters this store out of curiosity like I did because you will come out even more confused than when you went in. Girls are going to love this store regardless of anything else. It must be in their nature.

I’m not a huge fan of Coach because I think it’s crazy to spend hundreds of dollars on something like a wallet.
That being said, they know how to put a store together! This store is beautiful. I really like it. It’s a very clean, crisp looking store and it’s very well lit. They definitely know how to show their products off.
Coach purses are nice, don’t get me wrong, but they are fairly expensive. If you have the money to spend, check them out.

Coach is a mid-​range handbag store. If you don’t like monogrammed bags, they have a smaller selection of plain leather bags as well. They also have wallets and accessories like some cute animal keychains.
What really peeves me is the fact that their bags are made in China. I don’t know if that is characteristic of all bags in this price range or what, but for $ 400 it would be nice to have a bag made in the US or Europe. But the quality is decent, so I can’t complain too much.
The service is fast and courteous. Once you’ve picked what you want, you’ll be out of there in no time.

I was super-​excited when Coach first came to West Ed. Finally, Edmonton has its own high-​end bag store! Of course, I knew the prices were way out of my range, so my trip there was just to ogle the beautiful bags and dream about getting one.
The plush carpets are so soft and bouncy, it makes me want to jump on them like a trampoline. But that would look very bad in a store like this, so I always have to refrain.
They have a small selection of Coach shoes, scarves, sunglasses, jewelry, and wallets in addition to their famous bags. I have my eye on a certain bag, but it’s more than $ 400, so that’s not going to happen for me anytime soon. My goal is to actually take a trip down to the US and get me a knockoff … hopefully I won’t get in trouble for saying that …
I think it’s cute how all the staff here wear a Coach scarf around their neck, as part of their uniform. Maybe I should apply there …

I wanted to feel fancy, so I walked into Coach. Well, I didn’t feel very fancy. I actually felt less fancy, because I kind of felt out-​of-​place. This was a really nice store lined with soft carpeting, and the bags were carefully placed on modern-​looking shelves all around the store.
I never really knew what Coach purses were, but I guess these are pretty popular. Most of the purses ranged from $ 200-​$ 400. I actually thought some of them were pretty nice. I like a few of the designs that were very colourful and unique, but I could never afford any of them.
They had a few accessory items too, like a toque I saw. It was neat and orange, but pretty thin, so I’m not sure how warm it would be. I was pretty shocked when I saw it was $ 80 though! That’s pretty much when I walked out of this store.
