The waiting area is large, however the area to talk with staff is small and I had to literally wade through chairs and waiting clients to get to them. The interior is extremely clean and employees are friendly enough, albeit their demeanor and attitude make it appear that they all wish they were somewhere else. Parking is abundant.
I had my blood drawn which was quick; I was in and out within 10 minutes which was nice as most times I’ve gone to other locations for blood work, I’d have to wait a good half hour after my scheduled appointment.

I loved this location until this past Friday.
It was always clean and the staff were always friendly, they were exceptional about pain free blood work, and it was never more than an hourish wait.
This past Friday I met a staff member who was so much of a bitch I will never go back to this location. While I was standing in line I watched her yell at people, roll her eyes, and just present this nasty demeanor. When I got up to the front of the line I was lucky enough to be dealing with someone else (a pleasant younger Asian woman) and this old haggard greasy bitch dropped her hand on my requisition and started yelling at me for making small talk with the nice woman while she was entering my info. What? Seriously ridiculous. I grabbed my req, and went to the nearby gateway location, which was pleasant.

Clean facility, friendly staff and short wait times make this lab worth the extra drive compared to other locations.
Make an appointment if time permits (especially if fasting is required) or otherwise bring a book.
Also be sure to have your requisition form, AB Health Card and ID.
