If I could award this business zero stars, I would. I made an appointment to have a set of acrylic nails done. When I first arrived, I was assisted by an older male and he began the process… He had absolutely no idea what he was doing and after politely sitting there for 30 minutes while he used the electric nail file on my cuticles(OUCH), another nail tech had to remove everything he had done and start again… No apologies offered. It only went downhill from there… As she was trying to fix his mess, she used one of very long and thin electric nail files and ended up shoving it underneath my fingernail. I flinched in pain and she giggled… Great. Only when blood started dribbling out onto the table did she apologize and pull out a mystery liquid that she tried to squirt on the wound. When I asked her what the liquid was comprised of, she couldn’t tell me so I declined(not a fan of mystery substances on open cuts). And THEN, when it was finally done after 1 hour and 45 minutes and I went to pay, I was told they would be charging me extra because I chose a certain more expensive nail polish. I explained that nobody told me it was an additional cost for that polish and pointed out the fact that I was still bleeding from her carelessness. They agreed to wave the fee for the polish(oh gee, thanks) and that was that. Horrific service and absolutely useless management.

It was my first time being there, and my first time getting a gel manicure. The prices were fair — $ 45+ for a full set of powder gel nails. I got french tips and a design on both thumbs which looked wonderful. Donna did a fantastic job, but seemed to be the only one who could partially understand English. She was gentle and quick. Was fairly busy and everyone seemed pleased. Everyone was friendly and I was offered tea/coffee/water immediately. My mom was with me and even though she was not getting anything done was offered the same and allowed to sit in the massage chair. Seemed clean. Only thing is that they use UV light to set their gel nails and I am wary of it and 5 star reviews on this site are all from owners or employees. Other than that would definitely go back.

Reviews were not good but I thought I would give it a try. Mike did my mani pedi and gets 5 starts from me! I will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, sadly my $ 40 «spa pedicure» lasted all of six days. Polish was chipped, my heels were bright red from them taking too much skin off my heels. I know I won’t be going back for a second visit. Nail prices are a little much for the quality.
