t’s located right in the heart of chinatown, beside Emperor’s Palace, so there’s a lot of meters around, but not so much free parking that I know of. It’s owned by the same family that owns It’ Sushi in Spruce Grove and It’ Dog by the University. For Dinner, it’s 36.99 and for lunch it’s 23.99, and Sunday is dinner price all day. To be honest, I don’t think it’s worth it for dinner, it’s a bit high in my opinion, and I can eat a lot. Lunch is much more reasonable, even though there are few less items you can order, so I went on a Saturday and it wasn’t too bad. I posted links to the lunch and dinner menu at the end. The interior is quite big, with a decent amount of seating. There are small booths all around the edges with seating in the middle. You can order different kinds of appetizers, Korean grill, sashimi/sushi and other specialty items, and then go up to grab some other dishes like Korean Banchan and entrées. I tried to go with a little bit of everything since I went with a group, so we could try as much as possible. It’ All is really good for having a variety of banchan. At most Korean restaurants that I’ve been to, it’s usually kimchi and beansprouts, and I find that depending on the day you go, you can get something different. Here, you can try all of the different kinds of banchan(like Korean side plates). There’s Kim chi, pickled radishes, seaweed salad, bean sprouts, etc. I’d recommend trying a little bit of everything! Next, there are other Korean hot dishes such as bulgogi, dukboki(spicy rice cakes), Korean fried chicken, etc. A definite favourite of mine was their Korean Fried Chicken. It’s similar to the chicken at It’ Dog, and it is delicious. Nice and crispy, and definitely worth trying if you haven’t had any Korean Fried Chicken before. I had a little bit of everything, so all the different kinds of bulgogi, chicken, rice cakes, all the banchans, egg rolls… it was a pretty filling first plate! Now on with the kitchen items… The sashimi was relatively good. The salmon was really fresh, but a little bit on the thin, but the tuna and red snapper was not as good. One thing that was really good though, was the scallop sashimi, which was surprisingly good. Fish Katsu The fish Katsu wasn’t great, to be honest. It’s relatively dry and bland, and served with a dollop of mayo. I definitely left this until the end, and was tempted to just bury it in my other food, but I just sucked it up and ate it! I hate wasting food. Nothing compares to the fried basa at Watari, which is amazing each time I have it. Now… as for the Korean Grill, you only get an option of LA short beef ribs, pork belly, and boneless short ribs for lunch, and you’re missing sirloin steak teriyaki, grilled mackerel, and dduck galbi, which you can get at dinner. I wasn’t too fussed about this, because I read/heard that the LA short beef ribs and the boneless short ribs were better to order anyway! Personally, I always like the LA short beef ribs, and they did not disappoint. It’s a relatively good cut of beef and it always tastes pretty good. Definitely recommend this. There are also pastries and Korean popsicles that you can get for dessert, but at this point after standing back up and sitting back down, I completely forgot to take pictures. They have an assortment of glutinous rice pastries, and some cakes. At this point, I was way too full and did have a bit of all the desserts, but I took a popsicle and brought it home and had it later because I was just way too full…

I was excited to come to an All-You-Can-Eat Korean Japanese food. There is a small parking lot in the back if you want free parking. The interior is spacious and clean. The food selection was pretty good with the items you can order from the menu and also the buffet in the back. I went during lunch-time and was disappointed to learn there is a 12 piece limit of sashimi per person. They had hamachi as their special today(but there was a 3 piece limit per person). The sashimi was fresh but a little bit too thinly cut for my liking. I also tried their korokke which was passable, as it wasn’t quite hot enough. The takoyaki was not good, but my friend liked it. It was quite tasteless and very mushy to me. We also ordered some short ribs and pork belly, which were both a bit bland, but the dipping sauce made it alright. For dessert, I tried some of their ice-cream. I think I was most disappointed in the ice cream which was super sweet! I couldn’t eat more than two bites of it. Overall, I think this place was decent for an all-you-can-eat, but it probably won’t be a place I would come here frequently… maybe once in a blue moon if I want a change of scenery.

This is a nice restaurant that serves Korean barbeque and an all-you-can-eat Japanese buffet. The customer service was good and our server even took the time to explain the menu. The only suggestion I have is that the foods at the buffet are labelled. I don’t eat a lot of Japanese and Korean food and half of the food at the buffet looked unfamiliar to me. Labeling the foods would be helpful so I can know exactly the names of the various foods and what they’re made of.

This place is great. Quality of food beats the other AYCE Japanese and /or korean places and better yet this place is both Japanese and Korean All you can eat. They have both an AYCE bar which is fresh and fully stocked with cold and hot foods, soups, and some maki, along with ordering hot foods from the kitchen. The kitchen foods come out fast, are fresh, and presentation is great. Service is very good. Definite repeat for me. Found my new AYCE Spot in Edmonton.

I have high standards on food since I used to live in LA. I was used to low price on high quality food but in Edmonton, I couldn’t find any korean restaurant that is reasonable price with satisfying food. However, ITALL is the one! Finally!!! in Edmonton. I would recommend to anyone! Will not regret!

This is for the lunch review. If you want really good food quality and service, then go there at lunch just when they open. The food is tasty and good quality– from appetizer to dessert– both the ordered and buffet food. The only downside is there is less grilled meat and less sashimi for lunch, but there is already LOTS of food it’s not really a big deal. They have the LA short ribs for lunch which is the best out of all the grilled meats.

It’s pricy. not much choices for the buffet. I would go to watari if I want to eat all you can eat.

We made a reservation for 6PM on a Sunday and the restaurant was about half full when we arrived but throughout the night more people came and gone. Lots Most of us had water but they also have tea for $ 2/person. We looked at the menu that we could order off of and ordered some hot food including gyoza, beef ribs, shrimp and vegetable tempura, Udon noodle, and soup. The server was great to tell us to sample it first and if we like it, we could order more. The portions weren’t huge so we could try lots of different items. We also ordered sashimi(20 pieces/person) and the presentation was lovely. Next we headed to the buffet area where there was a big variety of foods including soup and sushi. I can’t eat spicy foods so I didn’t try too much but I tried the tofu, fried chicken drumstick, lamb, and sushi. They had about 3 different kinds of sushi which was enough to go along with all the other foods we got to try. We ordered a few more items after receiving the first round of hot food and it didn’t take too long for them to come out. We paced ourselves within the 2 hours to be able to enjoy the good food and conversation throughout. The service was great with ensuring our water was refilled, taking away plates, and being available to order more hot food. For dessert, I had a red bean dessert and fruit and everyone else had a Melona popsicle which they all enjoyed. We stayed until almost 10 chatting and we never felt rushed to have to leave after we paid our bill. The price($ 36.99) is a little high for me as I couldn’t try many of the items that were too spicy. But it’s a great place to gather with friends and family and enjoy the good food and atmosphere, or celebrate a special occasion.

Probably the best buffet I’ve been to. 42 all you can eat Korean delicacies to choose from. There are also Japanese items you can order too that’s included in the all you can eat including sashimi and takoyaki and lots of hot items to order too. The ambiance is very nice, clean and spacious. As with all buffets, you’ll have items that are better than others but overall the quality exceeds any Asian buffet I’ve ever been to. On top of that the service is impeccable. The servers are friendly and are very quick to clear your plates so you may go up for a second third fourth or as many rounds as you can go. Be mindful what you order off the menu though… order too much and if you’re unable to finish, you will be charged for excess food. So order wisely with the intent of finishing the majority if it. Price wise… not going to lie, it’s on the expensive side, $ 40 per person, so definitely come prepared to eat and order mainly from the menu to get your money’s worth.

First time with the family and I was so impressed with the excellent services and foods. The sushi was fresh and Korean grill was delicious! Our waitress Tia was quick to our needs and a joker! This is not your typical buffet. A gem located in the heart of Chinatown.

Good food. Food tastes good. They had so many kind, we weren’t able to try everything. Service was good. The waiter was discreet. Strongly recommend. When we ordered tuna sushi, we ended up with tuna belly sushi, the waiter said the chances of getting tuna belly is 1in 100. We were lucky :)

Upon arriving, I noticed that the restaurant was partially renovated with a new buffet area and Japanese open style chef station. We were seated pretty quickly but we’re lucky as the place was pretty busy. The place looked pretty nice with a good atmosphere. There was 4 of us and we came pretty hungry, we started by ordering all the stuff in the menu that wasn’t available at the buffet section and decided to try a little bit of everything and alot if the sashimi as it was a limit of 20 per person. our waiter Mike was great and very informative on the menu as well. we eventually ordered the salmon, tuna, scallops, and squid and tempura shrimp and veggies. All were decent size pieces for a buffet and were good. They also had a few Japanese rolls available at the buffet like rainbow or California style. The buffet consisted of all the things you would get from a traditional korean resto plus quite a few other items. Once again I sampled a bit of everything that I found appealing to the eye and everything was pretty good, the fried chicken pieces were really tasty and crispy a must try. Also had a chicken upon soup which was a decent individual size, the broth was good but all in all kinda plain and chicken meat was dry. The only things I disliked was the deep fried breaded fish I forgot the name on the menu(something katsu) but it’s a whole small fish tail and all. It was really fishy tasting and all 4 of us disliked it. Short ribs were okay, I’ve had better, kinda fatty and not so traditional korean style flavour was kinda bland, pork belly was again so so. We didn’t try everything on the menu because there was way to much food and we didmt wanna order so much food that we couldn’t finish because the restaurant will charge you but we all had our fill and were stuffed by the end. We also had ice cream, fresh fruit and mochi balls for dessert, the melon flavour ice cream was the best(green wrapper) We Would have liked to try the dduck but couldn’t find the room for it, I still wonder why they spell it with 2 D’s. the waiter said it’s thier traditional way of spelling it. But I thought maybe the duck had a set of really big boobs Lol! Anyway, for an Ayce, the place was not bad at all for the 38.00 dollar per person price. Usually I am leery of buffets, for many good reasons, but this place was great with the exception of a few dishes but it’s expected. Will I go again? Definitely but with a bigger appetite and the knowledge of what to order. Oh yeah u gotta pay for parking in front of the place because there is parking meters but it’s free after 6 I believe, parking patrols are non stop in the area so don’t forget to pay. This place is way better than the restaurant that used to be there by far I forget the name but who cares it’s history. Just make sure you come hungry!

The all you can eat selection is big. It’s a mix of order from thw server and fill your plate with what is pre-made. The staff is very friendly and the food is prepared quick. Best of all finish your evening with an ice cream bar. All the food was great and I’ll be back for more.

Atmosphere was calm and soothing, staff were friendly and helpful without being invasive. Being a newbie to Korean cuisine I had a lot of questions and the staff were only too pleased to help. The buffet, loaded with Kimchis and beautifully prepared meats and salads, sauces and vegetables really was an experience. Sashimi was expertly prepared but I really can’t say enough about the array of Korean dishes. Price point was in the range I expected for the experience I had, easily recommend it to everyone I know without a second thought. I expect that everyone, literally everyone will know about this place within a month.

For an AYCE, it’s decent but for my first experience I felt the buffet selection of cooked food was a bit dry. The Gal-bi was really fatty and tough to chew through. Service was lovely and they were accommodating to ask our requests. I won’t be eating there again anytime soon, but if there’s a party or family dinner plans, I wouldn’t be opposed to returning. Great for big eaters, special occasions and semi-kid friendly(but no change table installed in bathrooms). Overall, with trying once to judge for yourself :)

I will make the prediction right now that It’ All will be the talk of the town once word gets out. There’s something about the phrase«all you can eat» that peaks people’s interest. Throw in the fact that It’ All is serving up both Korean and Japanese dishes(that means BBQ meats and sushi folks!) and suddenly Edmonton’s culinary scene feels like it’s grown tenfold, much like your waistline after you pay the buffet a visit. The old Won Jung Gak space was revamped pretty quickly, half of the area now housing two full rows of buffet tables. Izakaya-style booths are also set up alongside the windows to balance out the Korean-centric buffet, although truth be told, It’ All ownership is Korean. A part of a family and friends group(includes Spruce Grove’s It’ Sushi and Old Strathcona’s It’ Dog), you can now go to It’ All to, well… have it all. For $ 36.99(dinner), the all you can eat menu looked pretty good! Our table of four quickly got in our orders before heading to the cold and hot buffet tables. The gyoza(2pc, unpictured) was nicely pan-fried although nothing outstanding. I’d save some room for some takoyaki balls instead, a Japanese snack with pieces of octopus coated in a wheat-flour based batter and served with a mayo-teriyaki sauce. Of all the Korean BBQ items(our table ordered all except the Sirloin Steak Teriyaki), the boneless short rib was a standout and worth ordering again for the second round. Moving on to the Japanese portion of the menu: the holy sashimi. If you can eat your 20 piece allowance(5 pieces for lunch), then you are well on your way to making the all you can eat price point worth while. The sashimi cuts are of decent size, if not a tad thinner, and quality of the fish(we tried salmon, tuna, and mackerel) were good. Highly advise that you maximize your sashimi allowance before moving on to the unlimited sushi pieces. Nobody wants to fill up on rice! Same goes for the udon selection, as Joe made the mistake of eating a kimchi udon too early into the meal and getting full! Loved that the udon bowl was a small enough portion for me to sample though(if I had ordered my own) and that other plates, like the shrimp or kabocha(Japanese pumpkin) tempura, also come in individualized portions. If it weren’t for the great selection at the buffet tables, I would have eaten way more menu items! As the dishes we ordered were being prepped and delivered, we made our way to the buffet tables. Welcome to banchan heaven. Grab a little bit of everything, from the common kimchi(cabbage) or radish kimchi and work your way down to dishes like marinated zucchini, assorted pickles, and braised lotus roots. Although banchan is usually unlimited anyways when you dine Korean, there’s something about having control of how much you can take that makes people happy. Power. I love having the power to control what goes on my plate! My personal Korean favourites: the kimchi radish, soybean sprouts, stir fried glass noodles(japchae), Korean-style egg roll, and wakame salad. Making its way from It’ Dog’s kitchens, the fried chicken(available as spicy or soy garlic) was a table favourite. I filled up on spicy rice cakes, one of my absolute must-eat Korean street food, with a good helping of a variety of bulgogi meats(beef, lamb, pork). Love that there’s a sign for every section of the buffet table, identifying all the dishes! Dessert was a learning curve for all of us but interesting nonetheless. Chestnut pastries, a variety of mochi(glutinous rice cakes), and mousse cakes were available for the taking. Our table turned into a juvenile bunch when we all saw the cooler filled with Korean popsicles. Flavours include(left to right, top to bottom): chestnut, watermelon, red bean, coffee/chocolate, melon, and strawberry. I had the coffee/chocolate, decadent and smooth. The strawberry was our server’s childhood favourite, the stick acting as a storing unit for some pieces of gum. Genius, why don’t all popsicle sticks have candy in them?! Watermelon had that artificial fruit flavour(not a bad thing!) and the melon(or honeydew), a classic for a reason! Was it worth $ 36.99 per person? To be honest with you, any all you can eat-style meals or buffets is only worth it if you eat enough. For myself, it’s never worth it. But that’s not the point of all you can eat for me, I’m paying the price to have a wide variety of options, try different dishes that I might not generally order a full portion of and to enjoy it with a group of friends who might all have differing preferences! The combination of Korean and Japanese dishes at It’ All is worth visiting for me, two of my favourite cuisines. Is it the best sushi/sashimi or the best Korean BBQ? No. Would I return? Most definitely. One of the biggest selections I’ve seen for an AYCE restaurant in Edmonton and a welcome addition to Chinatown!

Checked out the new IT’ALL that just opened in Chinatown right beside Emperor’s palace across from the Brick. This is more of a 3.5 star review as the price point was a bit higher than expected. We didn’t know what to expect actually coming in. However we were pleasantly surprised to learn that there was actually a Korean well being buffet Bar with all the banchans(sides) you could ever want to eat, fruit, rice, spicy tofu soup, hot food. You could also place your order with the server for other hot plates like tempura, takoyaki, sushi, sashimi and more! Of all the hot plates we really liked the boneless short ribs! So good! The Takoyaki was also made perfectly! We pretty much ordered the entire section of Korean grill and a few items from the appetizers. For sashimi I love salmon and mackerel so mostly ordered those. I think you will find the tapas style dishes on the smaller side but you can always order 3 orders at a time otherwise food would take a long time to arrive! When we were eating, there were liked 4 or 5 other tables ordering that night. The dessert side of things were good too. They really make an attempt to use more healthy desserts such as red bean mochi & mugwort mochi as well as these small round cakes filled with chestnuts, peanuts and walnuts. My favourite dessert aside from the fruit was the freezer full of Popsicles! So many flavours! So this is where it is good to eat with more people so you can try different flavours! :) Good meal all around. Slightly on the pricier side for 2 people with tip.
