Lion’s Breath Yoga Centre

I am pretty new to yoga. I am taking the opportunity with fitter to try out a number of different fitness activities. Lion’s breath yoga was very inviting. I had a little trouble finding the studio (it is upstairs near the pharmacy), I guess google maps sent me to their old location and not to the address I punched in.
Anyways, I have a shoulder injury from a couple years ago that Clair’s up every once and a while. The small class size really helped as the instructor had a chance to correct postures and give guidance where needed. I have found on the other two yoga classes I attended were too big for much one-​on-​one instruction. Lots of variations were available for varying degrees of yoga experience.
I am looking for yoga as exercise and stretching, not so much as a religious experience. I found some of the other yoga studios a little intimidating that way. Lions breath was quite comfortable for me. It seemed to be more focused on relaxing and self awareness rather than a religious experience.
I would recommend lions breath for sure, and will be back.
