i found nothing soggy about my second ever try of the fries {poutine} from this location but i cant say that i found it worthy of more then a 3 star rating either. i had 2 types of potine. ordered the large size… got one that was butter chicken and one that was pulled pork. They were tasty. I didnt know what to really expect… but I didnt expect what got. I guess for me, poutine is supposed to be sort of gravied enough to coat all the fries? That might not be possible with butter chicken poutine or pulled pork poutine? Maybe what i got was amazing samples of what i ordered… but as I said, this was my first time and all i know is the flavor only coated around half the fries. I did get quite alot of fries in the order. They were a very nice hig quality fry in my opinion. The topings were pretty tasty too. So the product was just fine for what it was… except i didnt feel it was a proper poutine dish. The cheese seemed a bit more stingy then most places im used to… but it seemed a nice tasty high quality cheese. The price ultimately is my main issue. It was 5.99 plus tax for both bowls. I am used to the competition at harveys or a&W or kfc or burger king or buger baron or other locations of this sort all being under 5 bucks. I didnt feel I got a larger order for the 5.99. It wasnt a premium cost for the chicken or pork either… it was the normal cost. so all-in-all… it was edible… tasty even… i did get enough food i couldnt finish it all. but i just cant give more then a 3 star rating. Im glad i tried it but I dont intend to try it again. Theres alot of other things i can spend 6 bucks on that id enjoy more. Make the price competitive with the competition and i go 4 stars… add a bit more sause and i go 5 stars… cause the taste was okay and the service was pretty darn decent for a food court

This New York Fries location isn’t really anything to write home about. They serve what you want, hand it over and charge you accordingly. I find that their fries end up being too soggy if you order them any way but plain. I usually go with the«Veggie Works» and I find that it has way too much cheese and sour cream on it. By the time you get to the bottom, it’s just a soggy mess. I would much prefer extra veggies to extra sauce. By the way: tomatoes aren’t vegetables!
