They say they do same-​day dry cleaning, but they seem to keep changing their policy. I have yet to meet their ever-​changing criteria for same-​day cleaning.
First they told me that it had to be in by 9:00 am, then when I got there at 8:50 they said it was 8:30. Then I was told they didn’t do certain suits as same-​day, though they didn’t have that in writing any where. While they have all kinds of machines running all day long, apparently, all of the «same day» items are sent out to be cleaned elsewhere, so they «cannot» clean your clothes that day, even if you come in ten minutes before their stated deadline.
I will just take my dry-​cleaning elsewhere. They obviously do not want my business.

This place is quick with your dry cleaning but man is it expensive! The location is close to our place, so it makes it convenient, and I must admit like I said above they are super quick at getting your things cleaned. I always keep my eye out for coupons they deliver to our home and those come every couple months — they make my trip to the dry cleaner significantly less expensive!
The staff are there to do there job and that’s apparent, there is no idle chit chat — it’s get in get out, let’s get down to businesses.
Everything I’ve had cleaned here has been done well so I have no complaints and would recommend this place to friends in the future!

I’ve had a couple things dry cleaned here, and those experiences were fine, although pricier than I was expecting.
I also took a pair of pants here to get them hemmed. It took a week, and when I got the pants back, one leg was quite obviously longer than the other. The tailor claimed she didn’t notice, but… one hem hit the floor and the other was more than an inch above the floor. (They were also uneven to just to look at, so I swear my legs are the same length.) I had to argue with her to get her to redo them. They were still a bit uneven, but it wasn’t really obvious unless you were looking for it.

Since this is the 1st tailor I’ve used in Edmonton take my review for what its worth.
I had two skirts altered there this week and the tailor did a great job! I was impressed and the fee wasn’t too hard on my wallet either.
Took three days too which isn’t bad in my opinion
