We offer custom tailoring, apparel alterations and dry cleaning services. Our tailors are experienced and our founder has been in tailor business more than 18 years. This has become my new tailor thanks to proximity to my office and the good work done on everything I’ve brought it. I would recommend Four Seasons to anyone looking for a tailor or drycleaner downtown or in Oliver.
I’ve had a little of everything in for work: shirts, pants, suit jacket, even some PJ bottoms. All done well and all within a week.
I’ve also used the drycleaning service a couple of times and think they do a good job there too.

I’ve had the good folks at Four Seasons alter a number of outfits for me, hem a few pairs of pants, and dry clean a suit a few times.
The work is always well done. The one time I wasn’t happy with an alteration, they gladly redid to my liking at no extra cost.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, remembering my name and asking after my family.
I will remain a regular at Four Seasons, going there for all of my tailoring and dry-​cleaning needs.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I brought 4 pairs of pants in. Two of which were brand new, expensive, tags still attached, gifts. She was quick at marking them but wrote NOTHING down. I strickly expressed to her not to cut off the extra material on the two pants. When I went in to pick up the pants, I was pissed. Guess what was missing? The extra material I told her NOT to cut off. And then she ripped off the tags that were attached WTF I did not ask you to do that! If I wanted them ripped off I would have done so before handing them over to you. UH! What makes me upset is that I specifically asked. I got a sure sure sure, but she did not write anything down and sure enough screwed it up.

I’ve been taking my husband’s dress shirts here since last summer. I’ve developed a friendship with the owner Rita. She is suuuuper sweet, friendly, honest, and a very hard, dedicated worker. My shirts are always done perfectly. She hemmed some pants and I was very happy with the results. Prices are reasonable, if there is anything that she’ll charge more for, she’ll let you know ahead of time. I will be coming here for as long as I can =)

I went here with a dress to be altered as the neckline was lower than I was comfortable. The amount of work she indicated needing to be done to correct this was enough to justify the cost. When I tried it on after it was altered, it looked alright. However, my first night wearing it, I noticed that it wasn’t altered as much as I would have liked, I must have been super excited in the store to not notice this. It was better than it was, but I spent the night constantly tugging to make sure my bra was covered.
