This is a great option in the mall to grab a reasonably priced and consistent bite or coffee and overlook the ice rink. The drawbacks are that it can be a LONG wait but you can also hit it just right with only a few people in line. My kiddos love coming here and I like that it’s reasonably priced and fast. See you soon Tim!

Usually the line to order here is goofy long. Today, we walked right up, ordered and the lineup all of a sudden became 25 deep. Unreal. BTW, I love the salted caramel Timbits. The boy wanted the birthday cake ones while Dad washes it down with his staple of an extra large black coffee. Mom had the steeped tea double double with sweetener, instead of sugar. Haven’t yet checked to see if we won on the Roll Up The Rim To Win, but I feel lucky!

Very HOT coffee, fresh and good, only down fall is there’s only one Tim’s in the mall so the line can take a long time and the staff sometimes put the wrong order in but the staff are always well managed and do there best

I really love this location. Happy & friendly staff make it a great place to visit and they work hard to make sure everyone has quick service. I have been to this location literally hundreds of times, maybe even 4 digits, and I cannot recall even one wrong order. That is huge! The line will typically be 15 – 20 people long but the speed of service ensures you’re not waiting more than 5 minutes. This is important because I visit on break often and this allows me time to actually drink my coffee. They are currently being expanded and this is an absolute MUST. If they were not doing this construction I would absolutely fail them in the ratings. They is very rarely ANY place to sit, so unless you’re walking away with your goodies you can expect to do the«waiting for a table to free up» dance standing awkwardly in everybody’s way… It sucks.

Working in the mall, Tim Hortons is usually a morning ritual. it’s unbelievably fast, I cannot even begin to understand how they get through that line. there is usually 20 – 30 people in the line and you get to the front of the line in usually under 5 minutes. the manager, mannon is excellent and seems to love her job. the baked goods are always baked perfectly and i must say, the location is very convinient. probably the best location in edmonton. love it.

Only Tim Hortons that I prefer to goto! For the most part they make my coffee exactly how I like it, they’re fast and usually pretty friendly! Only complaint is the high turn over. Otherwise highly recommend this TImmy’s if you’re looking for a caffeine fix!

Okay, I know this may seem like a lame place to do a review on but I just really like Tim Hortons. I mean what’s not to like about this place? They have really yummy donut; I really like the Apple Fritter and the Honey Dip(so good!), my brother really loves the Dutchie and the Old Fashion Glazed. They also have really good muffins; I like their Whole Grain Blueberry and Whole Grain Raspberry ones the most. I just realized that I’ve never actually had any of their pastries before! I guess I’ve always been distracted by their donuts. Another great thing about Tim Hortons is there sandwiches and soups. If you are trying to cut back on the fast food I think this is the perfect place to come and try to eat healthier. I would suggest the Toasted Chicken Club or the Turkey Bacon Club; both are super good and both have about 8 grams in fat. That’s not too bad at all. Actually a lot of their wraps are also about 8 grams in fat. I also like to get the Ham and Swiss sandwich. My dad and brother really like the Chili, I’m really not a fan of anyone’s chili accept my mom’s. Curtis always goes for the soup. I’ve never met a guy who loves soup so much. He would suggest the Chicken Noodle soup, the Beef Barley or the Hearty Vegetable. I like the Cream of Broccoli and the Cauliflower and Cheese soups myself. You got to love their Ice caps on a hot day. They are so good! Oh and they also have a really good Bagel B.E.L.T for breakfast on the go. Oh and let’s not forget how great their Timbits are. If you don’t want a whole donut their Timbits are always a good choice. This is actually a very popular place for many people to come to and grab lunch or dinner from. There is always a crazy long line up at their Downtown location or their West Edmonton Mall location. The employees at the locations that I’ve been to are really nice and super friendly. They try their best to serve you fast so I suggest you cut them some slack if you have been waiting for a little bit. They are a very popular place and everyone enjoys their items. If you don’t want to wait go some place else. If you are trying to watch your weight I suggest looking on their web site for which items are better for you compared to others. They have a list of healthier food items for you.
