I live nearby, so I have made numerous attempts to make this my local watering hole. However, the food is so disappointing that each time I dine here, I shudder at making a return visit. The last round of wings we got, were just terrible. Maybe it’s because we got the ‘GarPar’ wings [Garlic Parmesan], but the taste was so bitter that we couldn’t even finish them — despite that it’s billed as one of their ‘signature’ dishes. The hamburgers we ordered were pretty pathetic. Skinny frozen patties, on packaged buns, with a piece of lettuce as toppings. For $ 12 a burger, I expected a hell of a lot more. At that price I expected a thick homemade patty on a kaiser bun with bacon & swiss cheeses, with some extravagant toppings — Instead, what I received looked like something they give away at a company picnic for free. While I will not vouch for the quality of their food, sadly I will return for their beer.

Absolutely delicious! This was our second time here. Our first time the experience was not the best. However, this time around it was great. Their breading really made me sick the first time and the waitress at the time had told me there was no way to get the wings naked(no breading). This time around it was no problem. We also ordered a poutine which was delicious. They have 2 order of wings with fries at a good price. Next time we will make the fries a poutine for the extra charge. It’s still cheaper than ordering an entire poutine on the side and it is large enough. At least for me it was. My husband and I shared 2 orders of wings. The teriyaki mustard flavour is amazing.

Food was frozen and microwaved for my convenience. Waitress couldn’t remember our orders and forgot about us altogether when her friends came in for a beer. Don’t waste your money.

Advertising really works — the radio ads are what got us to try Wild Wing. Décor is wood and sporty, focused mostly I have to say on Canadian hockey. Multiple screens on multiple sports stations means you can always keep up on the currrent game. Service was good. Food was decent. We had wings and enjoyed them. I have a favorite restaurant for wings to which no other place has been able to beat — but Wild Wings came close to being as good for their wings. One impressive thing about Wild Wings is the variety of flavours of wings. Tried their Alaskan Chippers — and they were ok — but we’d probably go for something else next time. We were there later on a Friday(around 8:30p, well past dinner) and there were still quite a few diners, so I’m thinking they probably do a pretty good business overall. Would I return: Yes. Would I recommend: If someone was looking for wings, I’d be perfectly fine suggesting Wild Wings.

Delicious, delicious wings! Coming here for lunch again was a treat. You can’t beat their 101 wing flavours: there is definitely something for everyone, whether you’re looking for ultra spicy, sweet, savoury, and everything in between. Their lunch special was a pint of beer and a pound of wings for $ 13.99, which was a great deal. I got a pound of breaded smokey Gar Par wings, which was tossed in a smokey BBQ sauce and then drizzled on top with a creamy garlic sauce and parmesan sprinkled on top. They were delicious! While I agree that the price can be high, they become more reasonable when ordering in large groups: while one pound of wings(about 9 wings) goes for $ 10.99, you can get 10 pounds for 10 people for a lower price. There are 40, 50, and 90 wing options too. Service was very helpful and friendly. You’ll have no issue finding a flavour of wings you like. They also offer other items too, such as burgers, sandwiches, and wraps, but this place is obviously centred on wings.

It’s rare that I venture to this part of the city for eats, since I’m so far west, but boy am I glad I did! I’m not by any definition a «fan» of wings, but I’m always into checking out a new place, so when my date suggested this place I happily agreed. We sauntered in around 8, and while it wasn’t packed it was definitely busy. The atmosphere is very relaxed and fun — sort of Kelsey’s/Montana’s but with less of a chain feel. There’s a big bar at the back, a few booths and lots of tables. Also: I want their tables. They have horseshoes burned into them! We started off with an order or mozzarella sticks which were perfect. Not too deep fried, just slightly golden ad perfect. The sauce was totally unexpected — more of a barbecue flavor than marinara, but it was actually wonderful and we both agreed it was different — but good different. I decided to go with the Luncha Libre taco: pulled pork, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes, along with a Greek salad. It was actually a brilliant choice. The pulled pork was super juicy and flavorful and the combo of toppings was exactly what I’d choose if I was making them on my own. It came with two decent sized tacos(there’s no way I would have been able to eat a third, but one wouldn’t have been enough!) with really fresh shells. The Greek salad was plentiful, but not fantastic. The lettuce was iceburg and because I was too enamored with my guest I forgot to ask for no olives. Nevertheless it was fine and gave me some veggies! This place has fantastic service. Our server was simply adorable with a great sense of humor. She had that perfect way of knowing when to interrupt to ask how we were enjoying ourselves and get us refills, but wasn’t invasive or too chatty. They have a little stand near the door that lets you rate your experience with smiley faces(which I obviously LOVE). I gave them the very smiliest smile possible.

While browsing through Unilocal for places to eat, I happened to notice Wild Wing. After looking at it a bit more, I noticed that they boast over 100 flavors or wings, WHAT100, SIGNMEUP. It was a little late to head there the night I found it, so I made it my mission to go the next night. Coincidentally, one of my coworkers had been there the night I was looking at it and he said it was really good(he went to the Orleans one) so I thought great. So I rounded up a posy with big appetites to hunt for chicken wings. Once we found our prey, we proceeded to enter their territory. Once inside, we noticed it was packed with other hunters, craving the same feast, but as hungry as we were, we didn’t let that get in the way. Once we were seated, we noticed right away that the noise level was through the roof, and that service wasn’t going to be good. Once we placed our drink order, and food order, the drinks arrived in a decent amount of time, but the waitress didn’t look to enthusiastic. 1 hour had passed before we received our wings, 1HOUR for wings, and this place specializes in wings, therefore it should be second nature and not take that long to get our order, again it was brought to us without any spunk. We only saw our waitress once, drinks had been dry for awhile and we were almost done before she asked if we wanted another, but we said sure, we’ll have another. One of my friends wanted another vodka, 10 minutes later she showed up stating they had no more Vodka and gave him a water instead??? Now after all that, the wings were good, thank god for that. So if you want a large selection of wings, they do have that going for them, note they aren’t out of this world by any means, average, it’s just the flavors that make them decent. Better service would have given this review a 4*

A+ Service A+ Atmosphere A+ Location C + Price: 4 People = 130.00 for 6 beers 40 wings and dessert. Thats a little pricey for me. Great place to hang out and watch the«game» but make sure to take out the credit card. Great menu of maybe 100 different styles of flavors of wings, but again the price was a little steep for me, but for a evening out be sure to check them out.
