Food is really tasty and made with love by the co-owner. I have been going here for years. Also, the beer is fairly priced unlike so many places these days. They have the usual domestics plus a couple of portuguese beers and wonderful nickelbrook craft beer on tap for 5.50 a pint! If you like lots of bacon for breakfast and awesome homemade potatoes, this is the place. For lunch, best bifana in town. The mussels are really nice too. Still have a lot to try on the menu… I usually stick to these same favorites. And of you are a musician, open jam every thursday from 8 to midnight. Some real nice talent shows up. And everybody is so nice… the regulars, owners and staff.

Great restaurant! The environment is excellent and the waitress is lovely. Pork sandwich and burger is big portion and tasty! I love the pork sandiwich and chicken soup of the day. The view is awesome

I’m visiting Toronto on business. I drove past the restaurant and decided to give it a try. The food was simple but very tasty. I sat at the bar and got to interact with the regulars. I had a great time. Plus I got to practice by Portuguese.

We went to the restaurant for dinner. They were understaffed, our meal took forever and was mediocre. Some of the stuff we ordered came out cold and other things were forgotten. I believe they were busier than usual, but that doesn’t forgive it in my books.
