History

Established in 2013.

Located in the building of the old Bin Restaurant. This location has been converted over the years from a grocery store, post office and eventually a restaurant. The history of Binbrook plays and important role in our identity. Around the restaurant you will find old pictures dating back to the 1800’s of Binbrook.

Meet the Business Owner

Wade T.

Business Owner

Wade has been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years. Growing up in Niagara-​on-​the-​Lake afforded him the opportunity to work in some the of best restaurants and hotels in the country. It was when he was hired at Caseys Bar and Grill in 1997 that changed the course of his career. Having spent over 9 years with the company, they trained and paid for his chef schooling and he received his Red Seal Chef Certificate in 2001. After leaving Caseys, Wade went on to work at such notable restaurants as Milestones and Prime Pubs. In November of 2010, Wade opened The Argyle St Grill in Caledonia Ontario. This restaurant attracted the interest of the hit TV show «You Gotta Eat Here» as seen on the food network. Running on the momentum of this, Wade bought and renovated the Bin restaurant in Binbrook Ontario. This restaurant opened in Dec of 2013.
