This spa is so lame. It has no atmosphere. It is located in a corner office in the main floor of the hotel. In order to access the pool and sauna, you must walk out in public to the atrium in your spa attire. That completely ruins the ambiance of the place. Staff are friendly, but the spa is too small, showers are built for anorexic people only, don’t expect to shower here if you are fat. Change-rooms are incredibly small. I will never return because for the price I pay I need to feel like I am entering an oasis of tranquility and not a boring office. This place requires a complete renovation with direct and private access to the pool and sauna area for me to want to return.

1 hour Swedish Massage = 90 Canadian bucks. Had to fill out paperwork about my health? Is this a physician clinic? I’ve never had to do this at other spas… in Hawaii, Argentina, Cancun, Spain… etc. Then I had to settle for a dude… A DUDE… or I would have had to surrender my appointment time. Thanks a lot for not giving me a heads-up that I was getting a dude to rub me down with oils and various lotions, using his hands, arms, elbows and god-knows-what. Geezus…I…think…it…moved.

My husband booked a massage for me there during one of our Niagara Falls trips. I got the 1 hour full body massage and it was great. They let you choose the oil they are using during the massage, so in the end you are not only relaxed but you also smell good. ;) The staff was really nice. It was actually my first massage ever and I was not quite sure what to expect, but they made me comfortable right from the start.
