Grant was the best tour guide accompanied by the best bus driver. We opted for the package which was semi-​guided. It gave us more time to frolic at the falls and the lake. We found our own lunch and did more touristy things. They pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. Charter bus has air conditioning that blasts frigid air, which was appreciated due to humidity. They give you water and a snack to get you through the day as well. This tour was a blessing. Courtesy of a recommendation from our concierge at SoHo Met. Grant is very knowledgeable and we never felt rushed. Opt for the helicopter ride!

Did the Canadian tour with Timothy yesterday and had an absolutely wonderful time. Quite to the contrary of the other review on this site, he provided ample time at each location and a wealth of information between sites. I enjoyed myself so much that I’m taking the tour of the US side of the falls this afternoon. Thank you Grayline! Oh I should add… although the sign recommended a 15% tip (which the prior review felt insulting), I gave our guide well over a 20% tip. It may be unfortunate that they have to post such a sign but there’s a lot of people that wouldn’t even think to tip their driver if it wasn’t mentioned.
