This unique retail attraction, located within the Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls-​Fallsview, features a wide selection of decadent treats and packaged items. The only store of its kind in Canada, Hershey’s Chocolate World Niagara Falls is 7,000 square feet of chocolate heaven. Hershey’s Milk Chocolate covered strawberries, fresh mouth-​watering cookies, and thick milkshakes topped with whip cream and a signature Hershey’s Kiss are just a few of the treats available at the Hershey’s Chocolate World.

In addition to fresh items is a wide selection of your favourite packaged treats, collector items, and exclusive souvenirs from Hershey’s, Twizzlers, Jolly Rancher, and Reese’s. This includes Pot of Gold boxed chocolates, family-​size chocolate bars, and a wide selection of legendary Hershey’s Kisses. The store also carries a 5lb milk chocolate Hershey’s Bar and a ½ lb Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup that you have to see to believe.

Most of the hotels in the area offer a free family portrait here in one of their coupon books. This little Hershey store was adjacent to our hotel and we happened upon it during our stroll. We were curious what a Hershey factory looked like. Would there be little oompa loompas stamping and bagging chocolate bars? A chocolate fountain to dive into? Unfortunately, I couldn’t do a backstroke in a chocolate pool but there was definitely a lot of candy and many variations of dessert.
They sell specialty hershey kisses, chocolate bars, and etc. Moreover, they have a station where they make chocolate covered strawberries, fudge, cupcakes, doughnuts, and shakes. I definitely recommended the chocolate shake which was made with creamy chocolate and ice cream. It was wonderful and quite large for $ 6. I also got the Smores doughnut which was quite the treat. This is a nice place to stop for some goodies to bring back for those with a sweet tooth!

My God this place is heaven! Why go to the Chocolate Factory in Hershey, PA when you can come here. Chocolate everywhere, in all forms, in all sizes. Desserts, milkshakes, etc. It was system overload and I was in love. If on the Canadian side, come here. You won’t be disappointed.

Cannot believe they make a 5 pound Hershey bar. They have a chocolatery and boy, is it good! Cookies, brownies oh my… look beyond the calories–
They also have shirts, mugs and all sorts of products…

All the hershey paraphernalia you could want or need… we were here in November around dinner time hoping to get a nice dessert but the store was over-​run with kids that were dropped off from a bus so we couldn’t order any of the goodies in the case.

I wasn’t expecting much and my expectations were spot on. It’s basically a shop selling everything Hershey’s ever made as well as ready made meals and souvenirs. I couldn’t believe the prices! No wonder Americans are obese! Massive bags of chocolates for $ 1, Hershey’s kisses, peanut butter cups, twizzlers, rice crispy treats.

If you’re a fan of Hershey’s, you’ll like this place. I had a cookie from the bakery, which I didn’t think was very good (a chocolate peanut butter sandwich cookie), but the chocolate shakes are good. Plus, you have every Hershey produced chocolate you could ever want in one store. Nothing bad about that! Was disappointed I never saw any S’Mores on either of my visits.

Chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate! Pretty neat little store with all your classic Hershey’s brand candies. They are overpriced since it is a tourist store, but still fun to walk through. It’s mostly things you can find in any store, but they have a few token Niagara Falls specialties. They also have a treats counter with cookies, cupcakes, brownies, etc. I got a Reese’s Pieces cupcake for $ 2.50 and it was yummy!
This place isn’t necessarily a «must go» when in Niagara Falls, but if you’ve got the time, then stroll through!

I wouldn’t say this is a must visit in the Niagara region, but it’s certainly fun. It’s the only Hershey’s store in the country and you will find some things that you’ll never see elsewhere. There’s a bunch of chocolate items in giant sizes, like a 5lb chocolar bar for 50 $, apparel, toys, scented candles that all smelled a little too fake, some smores, brownies and cookies you can eat on site as well as a Coke bar next door for milkshakes and beverages but that was closed when went on a Friday in February. I was also disappointed that they didn’t have enough chocolate variety, there’s lot of classic Hershey’s milk chocolate products but no cookies and cream bar in sight.
The manager told us they’re working on installing touch screen stations where you can customize your own candy wrapper, which is a cool idea for personalized gifts.
It’s a tourist attraction so prices aren’t cheap, but if you’re looking for a sweet souvenir, this fits the bill.
Note– Look out for a flyer with a free sample coupon at many hotels and surrounding info kiosks where there are pamphlets for attractions and maps.
Also, the store doesn’t have parking, but if you have to, park at the duty free lot across the street without charge– we went in and out without problem.

My rating is based on appeal. Niagara is a tourist area and so visiting this place is pretty cool especially if you haven’t seen it before. It’s cool, has lots of Hershey paraphernalia (that you likely don’t need) and the staff are friendly. It is also fairly large arena has a large chocolate kisses man/​women outside and a large chocolate bar around the entrance for photo ops.
As for the chocolate and fudge. Same stuff and same prices as anywhere else you would buy chocolate bars. The fudge is pretty good but I’ve had better (I got the salted caramel).
Overall definitely a place worth seeing… not necessarily to buy anything though!

My boyfriend and I stopped at the Hershey Store near Niagara Falls. Another tourist trap store among many tourist trap stores in the Niagara Falls area, this wasn’t half bad, but it also isn’t as awesome (or big) as the M&M World store that I’ve been to in both Vegas and NYC. My bf (a big fan of chocolate) didn’t find anything that tickled his fancy. But I did get him a pair of Reese’s Pieces boxers, because that is only appropriate! Would I visit again? Probably, just to pass time if I needed to for any reason. But this tourist trap is certainly not at the top of my list of things to do in Niagara Falls.

Lots of interesting things to see here, all very over priced, I’m disappointed that I seem to have deleted the picture of the 5Lb Hershey chocolate bar, but I did also find the 1Lb bar and the ½Lb Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, super long Twizzlers and Nibs. Fun to look at, but would likely make you sick if you bought it.

I loved loved loved this store! The chocolate confections they have are so yummy… you’ll automatically salivate at the displays of chocolate-​everything: brownies with Reeses’ peanut butter cups, Rice Crispy treats covered in chocolate…
but our absolute favorite: their chcolate-​covered strawberries.
To. Die. For. The best my friends and I have ever had. We went to the store every day to eat some after lunch or dinner. The strawberries were huge, and sometimes they would give you a double-​strawberry! The store was awesomely decorated in choco-​themes.

Great tourist spot, it has a semblance of the Wonka Factory but not enough to call is amazing.
The great thing about this place is it is connected to the Coke Malt Shop, and other touristy attractions only found in Niagara.
Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate! You can buy small, medium and large size Bars, along with many selections of Fudge, Cupcakes, Cookies, and many other chocolate treats. They also have souvenirs like bears, shirts, mugs, bowls, syrup and many other things.
We go here everything we go to Niagara, it is worth the stop!

Nice store right near the US falls viewing area. They have a wide selection of Hershey’s stuff, including candy, t-​shirts, etc.
But, to be honest, you can get the same candy way cheaper at a Walmart. You are paying for the experience.

Pour your sugar on me… Ohhhhh, I can’t get enough! I’m sure Def Leppard was talking about a chocolate shop when they wrote these lyrics, right?
We were lured in by the promise of a free sample & they had a special station set up with our choice of a few different samples. They had other treats that looked good but I’ve been to the Hershey Store in Chicago and didn’t see much different than there so knew I could get it back at home. They have anything and everything Hershey’s you can imagine — from Reese’s peanut butter cups 7 different ways to Jolly Ranchers backpacks and Hershey’s lipgloss.
They have a little café next door so you can take a seat & munch on your goodies. if you love all things Hershey, you must stop in the shop! Word on my street is the characters sometimes can be found in the store!

I had lots of fun checking this store out… which is primarily all I did since everything was over priced.
Things to be seen–
* The 10lb peanut butter cup-​$ 40 (a smaller version for $ 10)
* The candles that smell like jolly ranchers, whoppers, etc
* The cutesy toys (the hershey bar pillow, etc.) that are super overpriced
* And more!
I went next door to the coke place and grabbed a float when I was done perusing the store. A great place to stop and relax after a long days walk.

Not a place to go when you’re on a diet if you have a sweet tooth… This place was a fun spot to check out on the way to visiting Niagara Falls. Giant hershey bars, kisses, reese’s peanut butter cups (my weakness), and a coca-​cola fountain shop in the middle of it all (they mix up flavored cokes for everyone — and also give tasters)… We ended up picking up some freshly made fudge, and some flavored coke for the kids (a mango coke, and vanilla coke)… The coke drinks were too sweet for my taste; although, I am impartial addict to Diet Coke. totally recommend taking a stroll through if you are visiting the area.
