Who doesn’t love a candy store, especially after getting drenched by the falls? There’s a limited selection of sour/sweet dispenser candies here and a good variety of fudge from vanilla praline to snickers and everything in between. They make their own caramel or covered apples in cute designs like tuxedos. The store just doesn’t disappoint a sweet tooth even with its limited selection. The problem is that it’s probably not frequented in the wintertime so buyer beware. I think you can break a crown on some of their sour chewy gummy candy.

Hand made candy! You can watch them make it and they explain the process that they used. First they cook it and then roll it out. It is hot and they use thermal protective gloves. Then as they pull it and shape it, the candy becomes hard. Finally, the candy makers break off pieces like shattering glass and give you the little pieces to try. Warm hard candy is so tasty! I liked that experience a lot.

This candy store has a decent bulk candy selection at a great price($ 2 a pound, which is about standard). The best part though, is watching them hand roll lollipops! They have a glass enclosed area in the center where you can watch them roll lollipops. The candy maker was very nice and explained to us how it worked. Definitely worth a visit.
