Established in 2011.

Dolly Artistry was launched in 2011 with the concept of enhance a woman’s individuality while providing natural, effortless, radiant hair and makeup services with quality and consistent results. Each of our artists are experienced and trained in this unique concept to ensure that they provide the same consistency in their work to each of our clients.

We offer in salon hair services and specialize in mobile services for weddings, special events, personal makeup lessons and makeovers.

Business Owner

Heather M Parson, Director and Professional Hair Stylist & Makeup Artist, is the founder of Dolly Artistry. Having studied at both Blanche MacDonald and London School of Hairdressing, she has worked in the beauty industry for the past 10 years in Vancouver and abroad in London, UK.

Heather has developed a loyal clientele in both hair and makeup in the bridal and fashion industry. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of beauty, she has proven herself to be one of the top leading professionals within both of these industries. Consulting and teaching her expertise to individuals, as well as educating other Artists on proper application methods is the driving force behind why Dolly Artistry was created.
