History

Established in 2015.

After years of being in the Vancouver rental property management business working for other companies, Kevin has gained enough expertise to make significant improvements to the property management service industry.

Seeing how many property owners become frustrated with existing property management companies, Kevin understands the cause behind these frustrations. The big companies are either too busy to respond in a timely manner, or have evolved their processes over time, which becomes bogged down by bureaucracy or communication gaps. So, with his skill set and experience in the rental property market in Vancouver, Kevin has founded Rethink Property Management in the spring of 2015.

The company’s mandate is to keep things simple, transparent and responsive. His promise to clients is to treat them how he would want to be treated by a company — with respect and dignity.
