My strata used Baywest for several years and went through a few strata managers for one reason or another (promotion, retirement, etc). No management company is perfect but I think overall we had two very good managers out of four, and only recently let them go because they’re now owned by an American company. We’ve chosen to stay Canadian but I would still recommend Baywest if you’re okay with them being American.
