I am a certified fitness trainer specializing in exercise prescription and training. I work with clients of all age groups including but not restricted to 40+ adults. I have a very professional approach to fitness programs. Before taking up a training program with me I make sure I do their fitness assessments and based on the client’s strengths and weakness, I work out a training program. My fitness régime is very unique, simple, effective and exciting.
I have been in the fitness industry for many years and have worked with clients of all age groups. I also deal with clients with medical conditions and formulate a fitness régime which fits in with their limitations based on their doctors advice. Besides fitness I do have expertise in counselling clients for general health and overall nutrition. I do ensure that my clients achieve their objective and goals from the fitness régime.
