worst customer service especially the girl called Anika. We had two 20%coupons for two items. When I paid I realized that we forgot to use our sencond coupon for the second item, when I asked Anika who cashed us out for price matching, She got angry and told me I cannot do it for you. you have to go to the end of the lane(it was a busy day and it was lined up) and again wait but it was still my turn and nobody had come to pay. I said it is my turn and you can do it for me. she said NO you can go down stair, return your stuff and again buy it with your coupons. when I asked her what her name is, she made face for me in front of other people and said«my name is Anika».I told her i’m gonna talk to your manager and she said: soon, do whatever you want. I wont go there and buy anything.

i’m just looking for one dress! is it so much to ask for?! i really wanted to find it yesterday as it was the last day of my coupon for 20% off, but unfortunately it was one of three items of their new«conscious» line that was delayed. but saturday, i will be here with bells on, trying that damned dress on and hoping it looks cute as hell on or else i’m still on a hunt for a dress for this wedding. frustration aside, this is one of the top stores in the province or i guess the country according to an employee at the h&m at the upper canada mall. so it’s no wonder it’s fully stocked. if you’re looking for something specific, use this store, not a smaller one. you’re more likely to find it here.

Best H&M in Toronto! ALWAYS have GIANT sales, ESPECIALLYUPSTAIRS! Make sure you do the top floor before you look on the main floor because the«fancy/trendy» stuff and all the AMAZING sale stuff is upstairs! Sometimes this store can be a disaster and be upside down but there are people cleaning the store 24⁄7 but it’s hard to maintain when its a really busy mall. They have a big section for men and carry alot of inventory!

I like the layout of this H&M better than Eaton Centre’s location; but I can never find anything in my size. It’s always sold out of larger options. In the past year, I’ve found one item in that store and it wasn’t even the size I normally buy, I just had to make do. I’m hoping one day, I’ll be able to break the cycle.
