Vacationing in Canada is pretty cool. Even in a small town.
This place takes you back in time to some of the best gangster movies. There are pictures and posters all over the place. The menu is the coolest with Al Capone’s picture on it. The café itself is on the small side with maybe enough space for 50 people.
I ordered a Meat Lovers omelette, which included potato coins, toast and coffee in the $ 8.99 cost. I also got a large orange juice for $ 2.99. The omelette was spectacular! I don’t usually get omelettes, but with cheddar, Bacon, Sausage AND ham, I had to try it! I’m glad I did!

Not sure why this place is listed under nightlife, but whatevs. I was there around 11am, and I thought the sign said they closed at 4pm, but I’m not positive. Food is meh, but the service was so great at this place that I would go back anyway. The two women working there when I stopped in for breakfast were so bright and cheery, and it’s been a long time since I’ve been smiled at that much anywhere. I felt so welcome, and I always had everything I needed: they offered me more tea without my needing to ask, and when I asked for the check, they were prompt in getting it done. They even got me out in time to catch my bus!

Super nice people who run the place and it’s the most unique breakfast joint I’ve ever been in. Breakfast is breakfast and burgers are burgers, nothing special here. Come for a familiar taste but a cool atmosphere. The place was busy when we got there butt the service was still good!

Great friendly service, and my boyfriend and I had their burgers with fries. I would recommend upgrading the fries to lattice fries :)

Great breakfast. Fast. Friendly service.
There is plenty of seating for a small place. But sometimes it can be full. Just need a little patience. I have always much preferred supporting local businesses compared to larger chains.
Their bacon is some of the best bacon I ever get for a breakfast restaurant. I always order extra. You end up with plenty.
Weather your a local or in town. I recommend trying out this hidden gem !!!
