The one thing that this location has going for itself is a lot of space great for meetings, however, this is a district or area that realistically doesn’t need this. It would be more practical to have this sort of set up in Downtown Vancouver or the border of. This is located in not a high business area to begin with. Because this is a less visited Starbucks if you want a breakfast sandwich for lunch you can get it no problem. This is not transit friendly, therefore, you’re here ’cause you happen to be in a car in the area. I came here last year on an on-site work visit and needed a grab and go before we had a chat with one of our clients. With that said, I agree with that wifi was slow. Thankfully being old school I had our entire presentation printed in hard format to save the day.

Great Starbucks, lovely people, tasty food, delightful drinks, fantastic location, 3 handfulls of parking. Parking is always full, never any spots, no cross walk or lights for blocks in either direction, people always dodging traffic across St Johns. C’mon ppl, don’t die over a coffee and banana bread! After a wonderful 14 yrs I give up on this location, I practicaly have to park at Newport Village anyways.

A nice quiet Starbucks, friendly staff, BUT — glacial wifi. The staff acknowledged it was slow, but so slow I kept getting kicked off my company VPN. Most of the reason I use Starbucks is for the Wifi, so if you need a good data connection I would try another location.

I stopped in before my appointment later to abuse my final coupon recently received in the post. True north brewed coffee and a cookie $ 3(plus tax). I so appreciate that the competition has made Starbucks bigger and better with more seating and free wifi and certainly will enjoy a free refill only brewed coffee before officially starting the day(it’s 7:38am and I’ve been up 4 hrs). This location has seating for 22 people: 6 sofa chairs, 4 tables of 2 and one long narrow table seating 8. I do wish they would ask if it were for here or not versus just put it in a to-go cup though. And yes the staff were very pleasant. :)

I agree with Dru C. Super friendly staff who gave us some free samples which was great!!! and they made our drinks awesome and even didn’t mind my daughter watching them make the drinks from the counter. Spotless inside as the staff have a passion for their store and keep their customers enjoying their stay in a uncluttered shop. Nice little patio that over looks the small courtyard in the parking lot.

Most Starbucks have friendly staff but here they seem extra happy. I suppose it may be because there isn’t the volume of some of the Vancouver locations. There was a bit of a line ahead of me but I only waited about 4 or 5 minutes. I just popped in and out but since it’s bigger than most there is plenty of seating.

One of the best Starbucks! You can guess why :3 The staff here are always nice, friendly and very talkative! They don’t mind long orders, which is a first, and the place is Not as busy as it seems! The place is clean and the milk are always filled, never once it was ever empty. The drinks are actually made properly, surprising… And the layout of the store is great! Great location for a Starbucks and parking is very easy accessible! Love this Starbucks! :3
