The burgers and wraps here are terrible. The buns are dry as hell, the cheese tastes like sweaty feet, the meat is always over-cooked and the chicken wraps, don’t get me started with chicken wraps, they’re stale as fuck, the meat is also over-cooked. I recommend you never come here. In fact, just avoid all a&w’s in Richmond, because they all suck a lot of penis.

For an A&W it’s better than some and some are better than here. Depending on what you order. Whistle dog? The worst. But they do good on the burgers. The whole hormone free and steroid free debate is not an issue here. But what about antibiotics? Hey if you eat frozen shrimp or dim sum you’re worse off there than here. I just had a teen burger on whole wheat and it looked as good as the picture and even better. Mind you it is over $ 6 for just a burger. Not quite cheap for what is reclassified as better for you junk food. Which leads to this. They’re trying to get away from the stigmatism of junk food and still preserve the history of the franchise. Still, once in awhile it’s worth a nice treat. Just don’t make it a daily habit or your kidney, liver and pancreas will hate you. McD’s could still learn a lot and still keep it simple.

Came here twice over the past week because I received coupons in the mail. I don’t usually come here unless I have coupons because I don’t think it’s worth it to be here without. Anyway it’s fast food so you pretty much know what to expect. I find the food here less greasy than McDonald’s. Their fries have also gotten much better than it was before. And their root beer is the best. At this location there is a drive through. It is a hit or miss on whether the wait is quick or not. When I dined here inside I realized why there might be a lengthy wait at times. They are very, very short on staff. It took a long time before I was even helped at the counter despite me being the next in line. Apparently the only cashier, was the same person who serves people at the drive through, who also cleans the tables as well. Anyway food is about a 3.5÷5, service is maybe a 3 at best, but if you’re in a rush you might want to avoid coming here.

Super excited to find an A&W location that served Whistle Dogs. Utter FAIL. Buns had MOULD on them, and dogs were undercooked and rubbery. Waste of time and money. If I could give Zero stars I would. Mould is just bad news bears people.

I’ve been to this A&W before and I have to admit that it needs a modern make over. I normally don’t go to A&W unless I have a coupon. The few times that I have been here while visiting friends in Richmond we got the 2 can dine for $ 10 deal which isn’t bad. My only complaint is that the staff let garbage sit on the tables for a long time and don’t really maintain the place.

Free wifi and power outlet on a corner. They also have mugs for ppl some a&w dont do that i think lol. Its also open everytime. This is a nice place to eat watch and is always accesible.

I was so hungry and couldn’t find any Starbucks in the mall! But, I found A&W sign and drive thru to get coffee and hard brown. It was Ok.
