I try to not cook and eat out on weekend, that’s why I have over 480 reviews in 3 years.
I just picked a new Taiwanese/​BBT shop for causal dinner. When we walked, they’re not busy on Sat night 7ish.
How would bubble tea shop have such cute gimmick? They have few rooms with painting of manga characters and many bookcases to display a lot of different Japanese manga books at the corner, rooms and hallway. You can read all the manga books if you pay $ 4 bucks.
Come down to food. The foods and drinks were quite limited.
Kimchi and chicken fried rice — only few pieces of chicken and fried rice was pretty bland and soaky.
Wonton in chili oil — chili oil’s spicy was perfect. Wontons were ok.
Beef and fish tofu in spicy hot pot — wouldn’t go wrong for frozen fish tofu and Chinese tough beef.
If you’re manga read, this is a good place for you! If you’re foodie, go somewhere else.
