I was lucky to stumble onto this shop whilst they had a sale on. I managed to purchase some baby clothes for my grand daughter at a very good price after the 40% discount. Before discount the prices after taxes are a little higher than London, Hong Kong or Sydney.

The good:
Big, bright store with helpful staff. Pretty neat for such a busy location (Eaton Centre).
Needs improvement:
Always a line for the fitting rooms.

This is a great GAP store. Obviously the location is convenient, within the Eaton Centre, and the staff was really friendly on my visit. Well laid out, lots of fitting rooms, and a good selection!

I don’t normally shop at the Gap in store, I mostly order my stuff online. Just easier and saves time. Interesting thing to note though is that if you purchase in store, you have 60 days to return items, however, if you purchase online, you have 45 days.
I had to return something purchased online, but when I arrived at the store (oh yeah, that’s the other thing, you can return online purchases to a store location, rather than posting it back to them) the sales person pointed out to me that I had exceeded the 45 days for returning online purchases. Ugh!
Having sacrificed a good portion of my lunch to walk over to the Eaton Centre location to return these purchases, my heart started to sink… but lo and behold, the sales clerk smiled and said that he could probably override the return and process it anyway, and you know what? He did! Just like that!

I absolutely LOVE this Gap location. It’s well laid out, the staff are always super friendly, there is a ton of selection at this location though it never feels cluttered.
I’m a huge fan of their coloured/​patterned jeans. These things fit like a dream and for the price point… it’s easy to own tons of them.
I’m a big fan of their 60 day return policy too. Anyway check it out for yourself, love it!

Not going to lie, I think I have more clothes from the Gap than not.
The quality is great, especially for the price point, and it’s great being able to find well-​fitting shirts and sweaters without branding everywhere. The Be Bright campaign is a great direction, with lots of refined basics and cool patterns. 60– day return policy too, which is unrivalled.
The Eaton Centre location is my absolute favourite. They tend to have the largest selection and newest arrivals first, and are really good at stocking all sizes. The store is always neat and the lines well managed; no easy feat in the Eaton Centre. The staff are also great at helping you find sizes, and the fitting room is staffed and clean.
They’re consistently on the ball, and that keeps me coming back!
