I absolutely love this place. It’s completely old school. If you don’t see what you want in the glass case, the old man will go into the back and cut it up for you on demand. High quality meat and great value. A real neighborhood gem.

This place is a typical butcher shop. Make that a very good butcher shop, really. But what makes it truly outstanding is a) the porchetta; and, b) the salume. Both made in house. Both world-class.
Go get yourself some bread from Tre Mari to go with it and you have one of Toronto’s top sandwiches, IMO.
