Feeling stuck? Is something missing? Overwhelmed with worry or stress? Wishing you were happier, had more fulfilling relationships, increased motivation, meaningful work or more self-confidence?
You are here because you are ready to move forward.
I help individuals meet their goals while finding improved happiness and motivation. In working together, I can help you explore and identify your emotions and patterns of thinking and bring a new perspective to the challenges that you are experiencing. I will also assist you in developing new ways of coping with the difficulties you are facing so you can move forward.
I provide professional counselling to address challenges including anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, grief/loss, fears/phobias, OCD, dating, productivity, work/employment issues, and family, friendships or romantic relationship problems. I assume a collaborative approach and tailor sessions specifically to your needs, wants, and goals. I have extensive training and will work with you at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
Sessions are by appointment only. I offer a free 15 minute no obligation phone or email consultation to answer any questions you may have and to determine if we are a good fit to work together.
