Update Oct 6, 2012: The gym is now permanently closed… looks like the business may have been seized for non-​payment of rent. The owner is trying to put charges through though the business is closed!!! If you were a former member watch your credit card!

The gym owner is a fraud. DO NOT JOIN. I canceled my membership along with my girlfriend’s in May of 2012. We are still being charged and it’s now September. Having to dispute the unauthorized charges. Owner is outright lying to our Credit Card company and is now laughably trying to assess late charges!!! We have full records and an acknowledgement from him that he’s in the wrong, and still he’s charging us. Annoying waste of time.
The gym itself is full of broken down equipment (electrical tape and/​or duct tape holding machines together). There are some decent staff, but they never seemed to stay long. The not so good staff don’t give you the time of day… apparently being on their cellphone swearing like a sailor about their weekend partying is more important than serving customers.

Joined the gym on Thurs Sept 6^th. Worked out on Mon Sept 10^th. Gym closed without notice on Wed Sept 12. Doors are locked. Got a recording when I call.
I did enjoy that one day of working out. It was great, Short lived.
Oh, there was someone outside waiting to help.
It was recruiters from Steve Nash. At least they offered me an apology and were willing to give me 1 month free «due to my loss» Now I’m out of $ 139.
Don’t think they will ever re-​open and will be filing a fraud report. Hopefully my bank can help me reclaim some of my money :(
