Cypress Market

I absolutely love this store. It’s family owned and it’s great. It has vegetables, meats, snacks, breads, etc. I usually come here when I forget to buy sour cream or cream or deli meats. Don’t let the small store fool you, the prices are comparable, if not cheaper, than Choice’s or Safeway. They carry Freybe deli meats (love the brand) and their prices are cheaper than Safeway for them. Their cream is also cheaper than even No Frills, I believe. Not the largest selection of vegetables compared to a full size grocery store, but still a great selection overall (similar pricing to No Frills).
They have hot foods (rotisserie chicken etc) and a sandwich bar too. I see lots of construction worker or tradespeople come in for their made-​to-​order sandwiches.
Love this in the neighborhood. Hoping Spud across the street doesn’t steal away grocery customers, but I doubt it considering they’re at completely different price points.

Always well stocked with a great variety of goods. Not super expensive for a market, compared to grocery stores. Many items are cheaper than at Safeway, ie: Liberte Greek yogurt. Not your average corner store, everyone is always friendly and helpful early morning or late night.
