Saturdays are popular for our Sarawak Laksa, a creamy curry broth with prawns, chicken, bean sprouts and more. Saturdays only! Best Laksa in town. I dare you to test us!
History
Established in 2015.
The Chungs have lived in West Kelowna since ’94. But they had a stint of living back in their home country of Malaysia, only to return back in 2013, bringing back the great taste to share with more than just their family and friends.
Borneo is the island where Mr. Chung was born, the eastern part of Malaysia, a land full of exotic jungles and home of the Orangutan.
In 2014, the Chungs prepared to live out the dream of sharing their love and hospitality through food. On January 25th of 2015, it became a reality.

Kim Chung is not only the owner of the business. She’s the mastermind and the master chef behind it all. Full of energy and spunk, Kim has no plans to retire, but instead is ready to refire in the fiery kitchen of the Borneo Bistro, bringing the best of Malaysia to Okanagan.
