Executive Chef Chris Aguon has years of experience at high-end restaurants and has a particular passion for transforming fresh, local ingredients into deliciously balanced culinary experiences. His creativity and love for food show through his cooking and he is always seeking to innovate. Winner of the Micronesian Chefs Association Chef’s Cup title for Best Dish in 2012.
