Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East

Stayed for 14 nites. Everything about the hotel from lobby, restaurant to our room was absolutely beautiful, clean, modern, very well maintained.
The staff are wonderful, polite and extra helpful with anything you need. They don’t make you wait ever at the front desk, open doors for you when walk in or out and are just generally happy to help you have a good stay. The housekeeping service takes such care and detail they even layed out and organized all our toiletries which I thought was so sweet. I asked for a bottle of water and they started bringing us 4 bottles everyday.
The location is so perfect! A walk into Popcorn mall, restaurants, the metra and bus lines.
We will stay there again for sure when we return next year!

Stayed here for 7 nights. The room was outstanding. Everything from the fully marble bathroom, waterfall shower, and other included amenities was more than we could have imagined. The bars and restaurants were all exceptional. The staff were friendly and caring. The business center even accommodated us after hours. Too busy to visit the pool and gym but maybe next time as we will definitely be staying here when we return. As good as it gets!

Fantastic ! Very well designed room and very comfortable! The service was first class and the staff made you feel at home. They help arrange all kinds of activities for us and kept a nice attitude. Don’t miss the garden area, it is a great retreat in the middle of HK. Don’t miss the restaurant on the 47^th floor, CIELO. Great Italian food and amazing views !

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff and hotel accommodations were excellent. Best part was the subway, which was conveniently attached to the hotel and was great for us since we used it quite a bit. Overall, an excellent stay!

The place is full great services without pretend. Simple, spacious and clean room, excellent service and good facilities.
The gym and the pool is great if it is too hot for you to workout outside. While the nearby water front is excellent to run in fall.
The restaurant and rooftop bar provides a good place to hangout and relax with friends. Good location, right above the MTR station and excellent value!

Hotel is the same across the holiday Inn, the buffet breakfast I prefer the regular one is better the deluxe one, the workers is more friendly there ! Nice smiles from the front desk miss Wong, working hard manager Mr Ken Chan ! If I come to Hong Kong next time, I will stay in this hotel for sure ! Great location, right next to the metro, restaurants and mall. The staff was very friendly (actually super friendly, as in most hotels around Asia), the rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the view from the window. They have restaurants in a hotel and nice gym. Upon arrival we received a complimentary beverage coupons for coffee or lattes.
