Fun experience. I think it’s a clever business model because if the food isn’t good then you can only blame yourself for the ingredients you choose. It’s good fun to go in a big group and you can experiment with different flavours and even make the dishes for other people in your group.

Hard to find, but worth it. Make your own bowl of noodles or rice with veggies, meat, spices, and sauce. They will then cook it for you. Also have a small salad bar. All you can eat. Serve beer and liquor also. If your hotel makes a reservation for you, there is a discount for you. Great place.

Nomads is ALWAYS a great choice when you are hungry. I love being able to make my own creation depending on what I’m in the mood for. Its a great. Make sure to add a tower of beer to your order. It’s good for groups and I’ve always personally liked the style and décor of the restaurant. The only issue I have is the bathroom being outside of the restaurant, but I guess that is standard for a lot of places in Hong Kong.
