Rude, inattentive, and dishonest wait-staff and management do their best to spoil what might have been a half-decent meal. The ambience is loud and stuffy. The menu is unnecessarily long and inaccessible. Some of the dishes were fine, but utterly not worth dealing with the incompetence. Missing dishes. Poor communication. And the incessant«it will be just one more moment» for literally over an hour. There are better places in Como. Choose one of those.

We’re visiting from the U.S. and staying at the Palace Hotel. The concierge recommended Pomodorino, so we made our way there at 7.30pm. The service was great, we ordered a Diavola pizza to share, I had the lobster linguini and the hubs had a meat platter – ribs, lamb and Italian sausage. Shared a tiramisu too. All in all, it was another awesome dinner in Italy!
