History

Established in 2005.

Established in 2005 by Mike and Karen Miller of Oregon. In 2011 they wanted to return to their home state and sold the business to Mike and Pam McKay of Pennsylvania. We carry on their tradition of great coffee and lite fare, with excellent service.

After 20 years of working as an Experiential Educator for a private school as an outdoor specialist, Mike wanted to follow a life dream of owning a business in the US Virgin Islands. The opportunity presented itself in 2011. Mike and his wife, Pam, took the plunge and bought Lattes in Paradise, on St Thomas, in August 2011. Mike’s life experiences range from being a National Park Ranger in Africa, to National Ski Patrol, owner of a beer distributor, owner of a windshield repair and replacement business, creating a trucking company for a local coal broker. He enjoys playing rugby (at age 62), squash, scuba diving, boating and spending time with his family.
