I’ve been obsessed with pad thai since an eye-opening experience at Linger in Denver. I ordered a medium pad thai from Lek’s at Whitecross. First negative sign: pre-made pad thai in plastic containers. Second negative sign: getting charged for a large. I’m not sure what size I got in the end. The pad thai was another sticky peanut sauce version. I’m tired of this. I want a pad thai with layers of flavors, not just one. If this tasted good, I would be happier but I was honestly scouting the other stalls for substitute food. Fortunately, I found replacement food and the pad thai now sits in my fridge to be eaten layer.
