Woow ! Best selection and inventory that I have seen.
I just stopped in to ask about a part for my safe. They are extremely helpfull, well beyond the call of duty.
Their customer service and communication skills are excellent/​top notch.
Their pricing for services and hardware are more than reasonable.
Very fair pricing.
My time is worth money (it’s priceless).

Great place and good old fashioned American small business. Much more professional then home depot or DIY center and very knowledgeable. Prices little higher but much higher degree of quality and respect. Definitely recommend!

Needed key copies cut for my 1988 911 key. These keys are a lot harder than your average key and the usual Home Depot and Do-​it Center places can’t deal with it. These guys looked at it, told me about the key and potential issues, quoted me a fair price, then did the work perfect first time. In and out in 10 minutes with 2 key copies that worked perfectly. When you need something out of the ordinary, specialists are always worth the little extra. Great job, thanks.

I went to several places like DO-​IT Center, Lowe’s Home Improvement&Home Depot to get a key copy for my home key. They all do not have the right key blank, DO-​IT center in Agoura Hills even made the copy 3 times because each time it did not even fit my key slot. Thank god I found Agoura Locks&Keys, they have tons of key blanks here and the guy there found the right one for my key immediately!!! I was so relieved! The service here is great as well, kind of pricy though. 5 dollars for each key. Overall, still a pleasant experience!

I brought in a locked typewriter case (lost key!) and they were able to get inside it quickly. Very nice people, fair price, quick service – everything you want from a hometown store. I’ll be back with all my lock and key needs. Highly recommended!

Agoura Lock and Key is my go-​to spot for all things keyed. From making duplicates to rekeying locks, they do it quickly and skillfully. Today, they managed to repair a front door lockset that was over 25 years old. Because of unique sizing, I couldn’t just replace the unit but would have to get a new door. $ 20 bucks later, everything is back to original.

My parents and I have utilized then several times over the years for our homes and our business. Really appreciate the responsiveness and fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Just moved to a new house and the lock had a custom setup with a DO NOT DUPLICATE key. We asked around the local hardware stores and everyone recommended these guys. They even saved me some money by offering to rekey the lock and showed me how to bring the cylinder in and save me the service call. Will definitely use them again should I need a locksmith! Thanks!

I went into The Do It Center, looking for a key to be duplicated. When they didn’t have the blank in stock, the clerk referred me to Agoura Lock & Key. I went into the seemingly family owned store and they had it! Quickly, they made my duplicate key and I was out the door. Friendly, fast service with a smile! I lived in Agoura for 12 yrs. I haved used these guys several times. They are great! Very NO BULL type of business. They do what they say. I had one of my kids break a key off in the lock and instead of them gouge me by coming by and having me pay a trip charge, Brad talked me through getting the dead bolt out of the door over the phone. I brought it down to the shop and Brad got the broken key out for a reasonable fee. I couldnt be happier. Wish all businesses operated this way… Thanks again guys!!!

Great storefront tucked away in an Agoura Hills strip mall. I had called around for a unique lock issue and they were the only ones that would let me bring it in for a look. I have an antique gumball machine with the key long gone. In a very professional manner, tinkered with it for a few minutes and was able to get it open. Nice guys at the store, and my kids are so excited to get some candy into this machine! Thanks for the help, my next locksmithing/​safe needs I have, you will definitely be my first stop!

I came in to get a random key for an old Alfa and he re-​keyed it on the spot. A tall order and great customer service to boot. Again who stocks alfa keys?
