Murre Cleaners

Love this place. Prices are reasonable, they’re quick, everything comes out spotless and tidy, and the owners are super nice and friendly. My two year old even loves to stop by and say hello.

We LOVE Jeannie! We have been going here forever (for both alterations and cleaning). She is so sweet and always seems to be invested in what’s going on in our life. She has also saved many of our shirts from toddler-​stains/​snags/​etc. Great company.

I must say I went to Murre lets just say by accident. I needed some dry Cleaning done like in a hurry and because I work in Agoura live in Camarillo I had no choice lunch break doesn’t cover drive to my dry cleaners. (LoL). My dry cleaning was done the next day and I must say I am quite satisfied. It doesn’t have that heavy dry cleaner smell and my clothes didn’t feel ‘stiff’.
So I dropped off some more clothes the following weeks and the nice lady remembered me she smiled and said ‘uh back again already?’ So it’s been almost a year and it actually works out because my job is right across the street I can swing by and pick up or drop off.
If I plan just right for pick up I can pick up Sushi for lunch!

This place is great. Deliver 12 shirts on Wednesday and it’s ready by Friday for little more than $ 30. Can’t complain and my dress shirts look great.

This Murre Cleaners always delivered quality work with all my dry cleaning and laundry. the place is modern, clean and had no problems communicating my needs to the people receiving my orders. There are cheaper cleaners around but it worth paying for the top notch service that this location of Murre Cleaners provides.

I struggled with what to rate this dry cleaner. Initially, I had a great experience. My wife brought my clothes in, and I picked them up — the price was right, the clothes were perfect… upon first inspection. Later I found on one of my shirts my father-in-law’s last name WRITTEN on my shirt in permanent marker.
It was written on the bottom, inside — the part that you generally tuck into your pants. I understand that this is an area of the shirt usually hidden, but honestly — is there any reason I should be pleased with or otherwise accept that my shirt was WRITTEN ON in permanent marker? Most other dry cleaners (and I’ll say «most» since I haven’t been to them all) bag-​and-​tag your clothes. Oh no, not Murre — they’ll just write your name on your clothes like dear ol’ mom used to do on your undies when you went to camp.
The only reason I gave Murre two stars instead of one is because, well, my father-​in-​law has used them religiously for years, and evidently hasn’t found where they’ve written his name on his shirts yet.

We were in this area for my son’s wedding and I needed my satin dress steamed to get out the wrinkles. I found Murre Cleaners on Unilocal and based on all the five star reviews decided to take my dress there. The location was .25 miles from our hotel. They did a perfect job steaming my dress and the cost was very affordable and reasonable. I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest cleaners.

They really take care of your garments. Jeannie is so friendly and she always has a smile and takes care of your needs. It really feels like a mom and pop kind of place. Also, I brought in a jacket that had a stain on it that I failed to inform them of, and when I returned to get it back they told me it had a stain and that they didn’t dry clean it in case I didn’t know of the stain. I thought this was quality service since other cleaners would not notice this detail and dry clean it anyway without you knowing about the stain. They also return your garments hanged with care (ie. cardboard around men’s neck dress shirts).

Super friendly, quick and reasonable prices. My new go-​to for dry cleaning.

I absolutely love this place. They are soo friendly and they really take pride in their work. Our clothes always come back looking like they are brand new. They also do alterations.

I love this place! I have gotten both alterations and dry cleaning here. They do an excellent job! I’ve been to other cleaners around agoura for alterations and i’ve been disappointed by most of them. At Murre’s, they listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered beautifully. They are friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend this business!
