Amy is the best. I’ve never been to a place with a faster standard turnaround time for dry cleaning. What I really like about her is her honesty – she always tells you if there is a cheaper option to cleaning something. She is also great at basic alterations. This place is not the absolute cheapest, but after having problems with some other local places, I have been coming here for several years without a single problem. Definite recommend – she even did a graduation gown for me once for free to say congratulations! A true great local family business. Super convenient parking. Bring all your clothes here.

I’ve been going here for close to a year and I have never been disappointed. Best in the area hands down. The owner has elephant memory and is always in the highest of spirits.

We have been going to Reyes Adobe Cleaning & Tailoring for over 15 years. The best dry cleaning you will find anywhere and the tailoring is excellent as well. That would be reason enough to go here, but as an added bonus, you get to talk with the owner Amy, who is the sweetest person you will ever meet.

This is my go to spot for my dry cleaning needs! I drop by twice a week on my way to LA to get my cleaning done and every time I am satisfied with the work they do. My jacket and pants come out nicely pressed every time and my dress shirts are crisp. Their stain removal is top notch and I would not go anywhere else for my dry cleaning needs!

This is a great place to get your drycleaning done. Owned by a woman named Amy and her family, this place once got 15 shirts and 7 pairs of dress pants done for me in less than 48 hours. Without an extra charge.
They work fast here, and it’s not the cheapest, but after many visits I am confident that my clothes are in the right hands, whether its repairs or tailoring or cleaning.

Simply put, this is the most convenient dry cleaning service around. The customer service was above my expectation and my clothes were given back in pristine condition.

This place is a bit pricey: $ 13.75 for a 2-​piece suit (my other cleaners is $ 10); $ 6 for a pair of slacks ($ 4 at my other). I will give the alterations a try. I come here because it is close to work, but I may have to go back to m cleaners close to my house to save some money.

I started bringing my company’s dry cleaning here when the previous cleaners weren’t doing a great job. We’ve had no issues since. Plus the staff is amazing.

Can you leave a «zero» star review? Took 3 dress shirts to be cleaned and ironed. Nothing fancy. Straight forward job.
When I get them back, I discover they have written my last name in permanent marker on the inside of the front of the shirt (where the buttons are)! Are you kidding me? These were expensive Calvin Klein dress shirts.
Obviously not an error. Just careless and disrespectful. Lesson: Don’t take any clothes to them you don’t want permanent writing on.

Reyes’ Adobe Cleaners is absolutely the BEST! I’ve been taking my cleaning here for the past 15 years and have never been disappointed with the service and cleaning performance. No matter what I have done to stain one of my shirts or jeans, Amy magically make the spots disappear and the clothes look like new.
Amy is a gem! From the very first time we came to this wonderful shop, she knew our name, greeting us with a friendly smile and hello. Plus, she always takes the completed order out to my car! The very best cleaners in town!

I came in here to get sleeves of a dance top shortened and a neckline taken in a bit. This is a very easy thing to do, however I do not have a sewing machine so I took it in to a place that says TAILOR on their sign. I was turned away because changing a neckline and folding over a sleeve and stitching was apparently too hard. What kind of tailor is this? I asked where else I could go, since they wouldn’t help me (even with giving them two weeks to do) but they couldn’t even point me in a direction of another place to go? Super unprofessional to turn away a customer and be rude on top of that. I wish I could give zero stars.

What a great place! Amy is a pleasure, always friendly and very knowledgeable. I have brought her challenge after challenge. If the fabric still has the dye, she and her team can make it look good again! They have resurrected more than shirts and pants, performing miracles on sashes, backpacks, and more.
I first tried two other places around Agoura, gave up, for years drove miles to a dry cleaner I trusted, then I read the Unilocal reviews on Reyes Adobe Cleaning about a year and a half ago and switched. Thanks Unilocal,couldn’t be happier!

This place is the best. I trust Amy’s tailoring with all of my suits. I’ve taken suits to her that were hacked up by other tailors and she complete transformed them. She has been my go-​to-​girl since I moved to Agoura. Amy is such a sweetie. She remembered me after my first visit. They have a dressing room so you can put on your clothing to have it tailored. I’ve had 6 suits tailored by Amy and I still wear them all today. She knows how to tailor slim fit low rise pants like no other. Trust me, she can be trusted.
After discovering this gem I moved to LA because I got a new job. Finding a new tailor (among grocery, banking, gas station) location was a task. My girlfriend bought me a gorgeous black Kenneth Cole suit. The jacket fit great but the pants needed to be tailored. I attempted a cleaners/​tailor close to my apartment. I walked in and the guy honestly said «Why don’t you write down your waist and inseam sizes on this paper. If my boss has any questions he will call you.» I ran out of there so fast… Ask Amy, I now drive all the way up to Agoura to get my pants hemmed and sized by her.

Ditto to what every Unilocaler has previously reviewed. This dry cleaner is by far the best cleaners I have ever been a patron! I have tried many cleaners in my area and have been disappointed at the quality, lack of customer service or the prices are too high for the results.
I had become a little dissatisfied with my current cleaners and the quality of how my uniform shirts have turned out. This led me to find Amy & Jay. The minute I walked in and saw her interaction with another customer, I instantly loved her! Friendly, gracious, and she looked honored to be serving her customers.
I explained my problem with my shirts and she was very knowledgeable about the fabric, bleaching and why my shirts were graying. She said she would do what she could to whiten them and she came through! Damage had been done long before, but she did get them whiter and did an impeccable job pressing (military style) and hanging my shirts than I have ever experienced before. Outstanding, professional work; done only by a master dry-​cleaner.
I have brought other dry cleanable clothing in since and have come out beautiful. You must try this place!
