Global Green Carpet Cleaning

I bought a voucher off Living Social to have my carpets cleaned. When I showed the tech my carpets, he said they needed to be deep cleaned — the carpets are only 9 months old. Since I was holding a party that weekend, I agreed to the additional change.
He did give me a «discount» — first he quoted $ 175 minus the $ 35 I paid thru Living Social, but then he dropped it to $ 135 minus the $ 35. Thing is, I paid $ 35 for a $ 75 dollar value, but I was only going to be given $ 35 credit — that upset me, but like I said, I needed the carpets done for this weekend. ²⁰⁄₂₀ hindsight, I should have had him clean them regularly and if it needed it, have him do the deep clean.

I found them by buying a Living Social Voucher. Omar explained that what I purchased was for steam cleaning and not a sanitized deep cleaning, so I wouldn’t be surprised by a higher price if that was what I wanted. I had already done my research so I was aware of this. He explained everything in detail, was professional and took detailed measurements. He was fast and the carpets looked amazing. Very happy!

I don’t usually write reviews but Omer was incredible! He showed up exactly on time, he moved all of our furniture for us and even cleaned our area rug. He was very thorough and it didn’t take long at all. I highly recommend this company and especially him!

Yotam came to steam clean the carpet and did an awesome job, he was super punctual and very professional, paying attention to details and making sure to leave everything in perfect condition after clean up, he also helped moving some chairs up. I willuse this company again and refer to my friends.

We got a carpet cleaning service done. Omer was exceptionally professional and a polite gentleman. He arrived right on time, assessed the carpet, explained what needs to be done, gave us an estimate and bam! We are done! He also assisted us in moving some of the stuff around, which was way beyond what he was suppose to do. Highly recommended!

I bought the groupon for steam cleaning for my carpet for five rooms. Once Omer (the carpet technician) arrived and assessed the condition of my carpet (it hadn’t been deep cleaned since we moved in 5.5 years ago) he advised me on what options I had, as steam cleaning wouldn’t suffice. I’ve hosted lots of parties, visitors, and get-​togethers through the years so some of the carpet is in a high-​traffic area. Omer, gave me a good deal to do a deep-​conditioning for my carpet and I’m so glad I did! He was so helpful in moving some furniture I didn’t want to bother moving around because I had my 9 month old with me. My carpet looked SO MUCH better and it was refreshing to see it clean. I had piece of mind that my baby can comfortably crawl around the house now. I’d definitely recommend this company and hope next time I call them for a cleaning, we get Omer again! Thank you!

I recently had this company out to my house. I made an appointment and the night before they were to come out I received a call that we would need to reschedule. Needless to say I was not happy. When I explained that I was having guests and needed them to come the gentleman on the phone said he would try to fix the problem. I received a call back that they would be coming. The young man that came out, Yotam, was very nice and professional.

I got a groupon for a three room carpet cleaning. I expected that the cleaner would suggest extra services, and he did. He was not pushy, but he did give me an honest assessment of my rugs. I chose what I wanted and Omer gave me exactly what I wanted and added some rugs that he did not first mention. I was amazed at how clean he was able to get my rugs, even a two-​year old stain I thought was permanent. I will use Global Green Carpet Cleaning again for sure.

My carpets were sooooo bad!!! To the point where I was wanting to just light them on fire! I had been no showed previously (multiple times) by other carpet cleaners, so I was delighted when Omer showed up. He had given me a time frame between 9 – 11 and actually called at 9 to let me know he was on his way! So awesome! He is professional, kind, and very good at explaining what needs to be done. Not only do the carpets look brand-​new, but he cleaned our recliners as well. They look brand-​new too! Yay!!! I will definitely be using this company again. You should give them a try!

Just had my carpets cleaned by Omer. Not only is he a super nice guy he did an outstanding job on my carpets. I’m guessing my carpets are close to thirty years old and now they look completely brand new! After he Omer came through and worked his magic, my place feels totally transformed. He definitely knew his stuff (how to get out though stains) and was able to explain things in a clear concise way thus making the process easy and simple. I highly recommend global green and more specifically Omer. Again, best customer service I’ve been apart of and they do a phenomenal job!

I read the Unilocal reviews and decided to call in to book an appointment. My call was handled professionally and quickly. This was a gift for my daughter and her family that includes a 3 ½ year old boy and a small dog.
I received a budgetary quote over the phone — which is hard for a cleaning company to do as the resident’s idea of of dirty is often quite different than it really is. However, my description and their quote sync’ed up and the price held. A very competitive price, by the way.
Yotum was an excellent technician. Not only did he arrive on time (quite a feat when you have to cross the Bay Bridge on a week day morning) but he was friendly, completed the job quickly and the carpets looked fabulous.
I will use Global Green Carpet Cleaning again! And recommend you give them a try as well.

I found global carpet cleaning through groupon. I was able to call and schedule an appointment for the exact day and time that I needed. They’re very friendly and the technician Nate came to my house on time ! He did an amazing job not only did he steam clean my two bedrooms but he deep cleaned my living room and removed all the stains ! He took his time and did a very thorough job ! I would defiantly recommend NATE from global cleaning ! He is friendly and very professional! I will be using this carpet cleaning service again :)

I called Global Green Carpet Cleaning and scheduled them to clean 2 rooms in my house. Tj and Dan were sent to do the job. They came on time, were polite, finished the job fast, and their price was affordable. The carpets in my house probably have not been cleaned in 20 plus years. There were some deep dark stains in different areas that I thought sure would be impossible to get out. Tj and Dan worked miracles on my carpets and I definitely would recommend them to everyone!

I just had my carpets cleaned by Global Green, and I immediately felt compelled to write this rave review because this company (and Demitri) truly deserves it and this is as good as it gets as far as carpet cleaning.
First of all, I can’t get over how the carpet in my living room (once visibly dirty and quite obviously shows we have a puppy) looks brand new. I actually smiled so big when I saw it for the first time, which is a far different reaction from my last carpet cleaning experience with a different company. Demitri was timely, kind, and went above and beyond to meet my expectations. He even cleaned an additional space in our apartment because our living room is small.
One other thing I’d like to mention that made this experience enjoyable for me is the fact that I didn’t feel like I was being sold a million other additions (like other carpet cleaning companies), beyond having my carpet steam cleaned. There was no pressure to «buy more», and it made the whole experience very comfortable.
I’m so happy with the experience I just had with Global Green, and I’m very grateful that I’ve found a reliable company to use again and again. I would highly recommend that you do the same.
