Guru Limo

Guru picked up myself and 7 of my employees on Jan 21^st. They arrived 10 minutes early, professional driver, polite, Limo was very clean and stocked with chilled waters. We arrived on time to our business event. Price was the best in the bay area that I found. I will definitely use them again. Thanks so much for making our day special.

To start, I booked Guru Limo through
. I was with my family in the Napa Valley area looking to head to see the in-​laws for Xmas back in PHL. I booked on Tuesday, December 22 for roughly $ 260 to get from St Helena to SFO at 10AM. Everything checked out and was very streamlined.
On December 23, I received a confirmation at 9:11AM that the driver was en route and on time. All smiles.
At approximately 9:30AM, I received a call from the driver who indicated he would be at least 20 – 30 minutes late and gave no reason. The driver of the car instructed me to maybe consider taking a cab if the 30 minutes would make my travel time too tight. I like to leave 30 minutes for traffic/​etc, so starting the trip without my buffer had me flustered. My last morning went from calm to scrambling to find another ride. I called
to have the service cancelled. Apparently, when Guru Limo received my cancellation, a manager informed
I was incorrect and the driver was at most 10 minutes late (I will believe the guy calling me from his car, sir). As a result I was denied a refund.
I had
reach out twice asking for first a full refund, and then a 75% refund. Both times I was denied, without so much a compromise offered.
In the future, Guru Limo, consider educating your drivers to not give me false information, as I was following the instruction of your driver. I do not intend to use this service again, and I suggest anyone that does, be sure to book at least a half hour in advance (apparently arrival times can be viewed as estimates).

Best private car service! Booked a beautiful SUV to Napa. I don’t know what we were more impressed by — that the driver arrived at least 15 minutes early or that the SUV was absolutely immaculate and comfortable! Everything went smoothly! Highly recommend and will book again for another trip!

Booked a specific car and they picked me up with completely something different and it was run down. Not happy! Thumbs down!

The driver came on time and was really great in terms of communication.
It seems like the handle by the door got ripped off it didn’t bug me but it seems like the limo needs a little TLC. Also there definitely needed more ice. We rented it for 5+ hours.
On our way back there was a lot of hard breaks that caused one person to get carsick. I think what happen was the driver was using waze to avoid sf traffic which involved a lot of stops and hard breaks. Other then that it was okay.
It was my first time in a limo so i don’t think I had high expectations so I was a little sad that the limo ride ended this way.

I was looking for a limo service to drive my office of 7 to an A’s game, and called Guru. They were able to accommodate on very short notice, and while I was really just looking for a passenger van, they had a stretch limo for a fair price. Why not? My office was thrilled and it made for a great day. The car was clean and Biki was a true professional. We’ll definitely use them again.

I’ve been using Guru Limo, a family run business, for many years. I use them exclusively for trips to and from the airports for frequent business travel and also for vacations. They are extremely reliable, always on time, professional, friendly, have clean cars and good rates. A++

Medi was our driver this weekend. He was so awesome! He was right on time, didn’t leave until he helped me figure out the music situation, stopped when we asked him to use the facilities & picked us up from the concert! We will definitely be calling him for the next concert!

Guru Limo helped me and my friends get to and from Levi’s Stadium these last two nights and they were great! On time (even early), flexible (concert went late), and professional — they are now my go-​to limo service. They also helped me out by getting a friend and her daughter from the airport. We booked a ride for 14 from Pleasanton to the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View. Our driver was very professional and flexible. The traffic was a nightmare and he had no problem pulling off and making a stop so that some of our party could use the restroom. The bus we were in was beautiful and clean. Thank you Medi for making our ride safe and enjoyable!

My friends and I used this company to rent a van from our apartment in Pleasanton to a concert in Mountain View. The van arrived early and the driver Medi was great! We were able to play music and have fun in the van. After the concert, the van was already waiting for us, in a separate lot for limos, which made for a quick and easy exit! I’d highly recommend this service and definitely plan on using this company again for other concerts I plan to attend.

Our driver was Medi, he was great — on time with the vehicle clean and tidy. He was flexible with when we wanted to leave for our concert, and overall was super easy to work with. He helped us get home safely and was overall extremely patient with our large group of 14. I will definitely be booking again with Biki and his team and recommend their services! The sound system was really good too!

These guys are excellent. Very professional, courteous, and punctual. The owner himself picked us up in a nice BMW and offered us a deal for our return trip. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend their services. Also the price was comparable to a taxi ride, but you get to ride in a nice car, and be greeted at baggage claim. Call them up they are great!

We hired Guru to drive 5 of us to Livermore for wine tasting. Biki was prompt and very professional. The price was very fair. I would use this service again and recommend him to anyone.

We had a change of plans for New Years and needed to find a limo quick. I went through
and got in contact with Biki from Guru Limos. He was so easy to work with, and gave me a quote that was better than every other company I had contacted. He even offered to throw in a bottle of champagne!
Our driver was prompt, very professional and friendly. He was parked outside and ready to go as we were leaving our venue, and he was able to navigate some pretty narrow streets in SF.
I will definitely be using Guru again!

Biki is great! I’ve never booked a limo. He answered all my questions and helped me arrange a nice evening for my rowdy party of 6. I purchased a 4 hour tour in one of his stretch limousines. The driver was very attentive to time. He drove us into SF for dinner, traffic was great so he took Embarcadero for some extra sightseeing. After dinner he drove us out to some piers in Alameda for more photo op time by the water. We were quite tipsy at this point, however the driver corralled us all back in and got us to the Justin Timberlake concert in perfect time. Thanks Guru Limo, I will definitely use you again.

To celebrate my wife’s birthday, we took a group to Wente Winery’s restaurant in Livermore (which, BTW, was fabulous).
We contracted with Guru Limo, our local Alameda family-​owned company, and couldn’t be happier. Co-​owner and nice guy Biki Malhi chauffeured us.
The car was impeccably clean and he took great care of us. He dropped us off at the restaurant and simply asked that we text him when we were ready to move on to the tasting room. He was there in 30 seconds.
Everything about our day in Livermore was perfect and Guru Limo played a large part. It was fun, it was celebratory — and it was relaxing because we left the driving to someone else.
Werecommend him without hesitation and will use him any time we need a limo in the future. He is available ²⁴⁄₇ for airport runs, events, winetastings, etc., etc. and gives guarantees he will be on time.
Clean, on time, welcoming, impeccable. What more could one ask for?

Guru Limousine is a professional, reliable and prompt taxi service. Working with Guru as a contracted company has not put my company as low priority.
