I don’t understand the negative reviews. We got a menu on our door today and decided to order. Order was taken by an efficient and pleasant young person and delivered promptly by a polite and pleasant and CLEAN young man. Order was correct, hot and delicious. Egg roll was fresh and crispy, unheard of for most Chinese food delivery. The shrimp with lobster sauce was delicate and tasty, not the floury, congealed mess which is more common. As of this one experience, we will definitely be repeat customers. Thank goodness for another good option for delivery of good tasty food in Rensselaer.

The food was good but do not sit and eat here. The lady here was very loud and it does not have any ambience as such. Better buy stuff and go to the Capitol building and have lunch there. Food is not that bad. We ordered fried chicken rice and it tasted ok. Can do with a bit more of a chicken.

I lived in the area for 6 years before I ordered from them… too bad for me! Food is really good(although the 4 stars is relative to the fact that it’s a Chinese take out place). Always fresh and well cooked, delivered quickly, and friendly service. Egg rolls are not over-cooked, crispy without being tough, which is always a plus in my book, and the chicken is decent quality. Not the most flavorful chicken and broccoli I’ve ever had, but very good, basic stuff.

Never got to order my food because the person who answered the phone(who didnt bother to state the business name) couldnt wait literally 30 seconds for me to decide on my order. She ordered me to call back and immediately hung up the phone. I would assume, their food is as bad as their service.

Terrible service! Ordered food which was supposed to arrive in 45 minutes. I called after an hour and a half and spoke to several different people who cursed and yelled at me because they could not understand me or my simple directions. Had to reorder from somewhere else.

We were stranded at the Hampton Inn in Albany by Tropical Storm Irene. It was a Sunday and everything was closed. Notwithstanding a negative review we went for a take-out from this place. We had 10 potstickers(#4), 4BBQ spare ribs(#5), vegetable lo mein(noodles #36) and a small white rice. Everything was cheerfully delivered to our hotel promptly and at a fair price, with no delivery charge. Any downers? Well, there were no chopsticks; no hot sauce; and the sole fortune cookie was so soft you could unfold it. Small items. This is a perfectly nice place for take-out or delivery.

the only reason to purchase food here would be if you were starving and walking past and couldn’t make it to the next few establishments that served food further up the hill(or down it) really you would be better off going into the corner store next door to buy some snacks. the food was all bland and tasteless and watery. it made you wonder if cat did Not in fact taste like chicken(because this didn’t taste like chicken… or pork, or beef…) i only made this mistake once and will not do so again. i am not sure how they stay open actually.
