If I could give zero stars I would. The staff here is unbelievably rude, the 4 times I’ve been in here it was not well organized or well stocked, and I’ve seen damaged products on the shelf. Besides the staff being rude, they also don’t seem to know or care about anything to do with their jobs. I won’t be back here again and I recommend to drive a bit further and visit a different location.

I’m so pleased to have found this location some years ago and continue to patronize it, regardless of the drive. It’s customer service and friendly staff make it a Joy and delight to walk in. I truly believe it’s the «Best Cosmo-​Prof in the Bay». I recommend all my students and colleagues to go to this location only.

ONLY FOR COSMETOLOGIST. I’m a dumbee and didn’t know that. Showed up to the cash register and was asked for my card. Yikes! No wonder the products were so cheap! If you are just a regular gal you won’t be able to buy anything here.

This is the best of the handful of Cosmoprof locations I’ve been to. They usually have what I’m looking for. The three employees who I’m used to seeing there are all extremely helpful, happy to make suggestions, etc. During a recent visit, I was attempting to make an exchange on a purchase without a receipt. They went out of their way to help me contact Cosmoprof headquarters in order to obtain my purchase info. Thanks, ladies!

Love the staff here, they are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I stop in to pick up supplies a few times a week and they are always stocked up with what I need and in the rare occasion that they are out of a product they call their local stores to locate it. Definitely my go to store for all my supplies.

Wow!!! I am always so surprised when I walk in in how friendly and knowledgable the staff is. I have bought a few appliances here lately and every time I ask question I always get a very through answer which makes me feel like I’m making an educated decision… By far my favorite location to visit!!! Super awesome helpful staff! They remember me by name and know my product lines and any others I have questions about. If they don’t have it, they will order it for you. I don’t get out there as often anymore because another location opened closer to my salon but whenever I am in the area, I always stop in :) Thank you guys for always being so awesome!

Yay! Cosmoprof is awesome! Great prices on otherwise expensive skin care, nail, and hair products.
I can always find great items for a fraction of the cost, specials on shampoos/​conditioners, etc.
Service is usually very friendly as well. The only downside is that they always seem to be «out» of stuff or waiting for shipments. Often times the shipments have arrived and are just sitting in boxes in the front area unopened.
I feel like they lose a lot of sales because they don’t put priority on making sure that product is out quickly and efficiently.
Either way, I will return next time I am in the area!

Of course I am giving this awesome team 5 stars. They are hands down some of the most talented primarily non-​hairdressers I have ever come across. They get a lot of education and take pride in their career and it shows. You can actually ask them questions about other hair color lines or new dryers and irons and they have educated responses. The managers are fantastic and always have well stocked shelves.
They know your name and are sure to be your friend from the moment you walk in. I make a point of driving to this one because of the stellar service.

Cosmoprof is a great place to get all of your beauty needs at cost!
Meaning there is no mark up like there is at all the other stores, salons or spas.
You need to have an Esthetician, Cosmetologist or Nail Tech License to enter.
Luckily for me I have my esthetician license even though I am not an active one.
I still renew my license every year because of the fact that I can get exclusive beauty products like high-​end shampoos, hair styling products, nail polishes like Essie or OPI and waxing products.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I sometime take friends and family here so they too can take advantage of their affordable savings.
Best of all at Christmas time they have have great gifts sets that the products lines put together that make great stocking stuffers!
