Dunkin’ Donuts

It is sad and in no way financially responsible how often I go to this Dunkin’ Doughnuts. I swear, the app makes me do it. With daily medium iced coffees for 99 cents and the survey that I fill out at the end of YESTERDAY’S receipt giving me a free doughnut, I am daily getting a doughnut and a medium iced coffee for $ 1.05. Terribly unhealthy, but delicious!
That’s my biggest tip: fill the survey out at the bottom of your receipt. It gives you a free doughnut with a medium drink purchase. If you are going to be buying a medium drink ANYWAY, you may as well as well get a free doughnut also.
Now, to the actual service: I LOVE the people who work here. I have a few that I see regularly and they are very kind and friendly. Occasionally if I come closer to 7:10 instead of normally 6:30, they tend to get a bit busier but they move through the line as fast as possible. I have never had a drink that tasted weird or was made incorrectly. There was one time when I forgot to tell them French vanilla and I didn’t realize it until I got to work, but that wasn’t their fault.
The only complaint (and the reason I knocked a star) I have is the egg and cheese croissant. It’s so plain. When I’m starving, it works but it really is tasteless. I think it’s the croissant. It’s so unimpressive. I always put that on the reviews too when I do the survey, but that’s the DD national chain’s decision, not the people that work there. I am just not impressed with it. Weird question, but why don’t they have little packets of hot sauce? Starbucks does. Not everyone wants ketchup on their breakfast sandwiches and they sell breakfast burritos. Who can eat a breakfast burrito without hot sauce? I’m going to have to start Beyoncing it up and carrying hot sauce in my bag (swag). But I digress…
Overall, I love it. I go far too often and love it way too much.

I’ve been here few times and I really like it. They are new open and it’s much bigger than the old one, I love there breakfast menu. I can’t eat too oily food in the morning so this place is my favorite breakfast place. And it’s not expansive too.

I was trying to get my free Veterans Day coffee, as advertised online, but it turns out this DD doesn’t support the veterans. That’s too bad.

Great DD. The owner is a Boston guy so he gets it. The new store is really nice and the parking is better than the old place. Good to see the upgrade.

Stopped in for a coolatta — product delivered was NOTHING like ordered. Overflowing cup, WITHOUT any whipped cream. Then when I said something the guy put a SMALL tablespoon on top. I AGAIN returned it. I WONT be back to this DD. Worst service and attitudes ever!!!

Stick with the donuts and coffee when visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts.
The croissant breakfast sandwich I purchased left a lot to be desired. The croissant was soggy. The sausage patty was cooked unevenly. The cheese sauce was too salty. The so-​called fried egg looked like it was stamped out of a piece of plastic.

Somebody here doesn’t know how to make coffee. Had to wait a while and thought hey at least it will be fresh, then was disappointed by the dark colored boiling water I received.

Just another DD just as fast as the others but defiantly friendly staff. Size a bit small but always in and out.

Just another normal Dunkin service was average line was speedy and the place was fare as cleanliness. Coffee was hot and they even added he cream and sugar. It’s a mile down the road and we will go back another time.

I met some of my friends here for a quick coffee and donuts during their break — this Dunkin Donuts was secluded off in a little plaza, away from the hustle and bustle from Route 1. It was a nice change from the madness over at Starbuck’s across the street, if you’re looking to sit down and have a nice little chat. The employee that was on staff was very nice and friendly, and made a great hot chocolate — not watery or too rich, but a perfect consistency. Yay! This DD is bright and cheery, and there are plenty of spots in the parking lot — just be careful when you’re backing out as there are cars that tend to speed through the lots!

This is one of the better DD around, mainly because of the friendly and attentive folks who work here. They also crisp up their hash browns a teeny bit more than other DDs, so we tend to come here when we can.

This place has made a major change since new ownership took over. Much better service and overall a much better run Dunkin.

Pretty standard. I find their coffee too sweet and milky but you can always adjust. Donuts are fresh and fast service so cant complain. Get the app and you can have some coupons.
