I don’t like giving one star reviews much anymore unless the quality is crappy along with the employees. However, the staff is never rude or unfriendly at this location which is why they get two stars instead of one.
Parking situation isn’t the greatest at this location. But that’s not the biggest problem this location has… every single time I come to this location I always ask for my coffee the same way I always get it at Dunkin Donuts but this location NEVER makes it right. There’s no consistency except the fact that I always get a crappy cup of coffee from this location. I really think that the managers need to spend some more time training their staff on how to make better coffee.

If this had been the flagship Dunkin Donuts up in Quincy, MA. Dunks would not be what it is today. First of all it’s light cream and light sugar, not «less cream, less sugar» and don’t correct me. Second my iced coffee tastes like water. I expressed my displeasure and asked for a black iced coffee instead, it too tasted like water. Was black like coffee but that’s it’s.
As a MA native I could not be any more disappointed in a Dunks franchise.
Absolutely terrible.

I visit here 2 – 3 times this month. From the staff I dealt with, all of them have been amazing. Customer service has been awesome even 20 mins until closing time.
I’ve been getting the promotional iced tea for $ 1.00. Other locations have raised the price and still keeps me coming back for that.
It has good parking, may have to drive to the parking lot immediately next door.
Bathroom has been clean, except once the door to the bathroom came off the hinge. It has since been fixed.

One of the better dunkin donuts, with a Baskin Robbins connected and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The employees are friendly and the coffee is always made well. They have lots of pastries and donuts late in the afternoon as well. Download their phone app and they have tons of deals every week.
I had a coupon for a specific pumpkin muffin and then were out so they allowed me something different as well.

I’ve had 2 excellent bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches on everything bagels. Love the coffee. Love the convenience. Staff could be better. Attention to detail could be better in taking orders and cleaning the dining room with a clean cloth that doesn’t leave a mess behind. But I’m glad it’s there.

I just don’t quite understand how this place continuously screws up «small iced coffee with cream and sugar» but without fail, my coffee is ALWAYS the wrong amount of everything! The staff are friendly but unfortunately incompetent!

Stale donuts, wrong orders, horrible service. Stay away. Get your coffee elsewhere, and don’t bother with anything else there. There’s another, bigger DD on Duke St.

If the coffee weren’t so good here — I’d be dogging this place with 1 whole star. No joke.
I would say that my orders have been right maybe 40% of the time when I visit this shop. Not only do I find there to be big language barriers with front line staff (this is OK — but where’s a manager to help them through busy patches?)
I find that some staff members are rude — as they are too content with carrying on personal conversations to care to wait on customers.

I’m only giving this place 4 stars because I love their coffee so much.
If you’re looking for a friendly face as you swing by to grab some coffee to kick start your day, I’m sorry to say but you will be SOL. Amongst the various people that I’ve experienced working the counter exactly none of them have been what I would consider even minimally warm or engaging. It’s all strictly business.
But for $ 1.04 to fill up your to-​go cup with delicious Dunkin’ Donuts coffee — with extra cream, thank you — I guess I can’t complain too much. I’ll get the friendly greetings elsewhere.
