Honestly is true the people here are very rude and look you up and down. it’s hard to shop here even if you want to buy something. it’s hard because they look u down for some reason. There was a young girl that used to work here she was rude and now she’s gone. There’s a older Chinese lady she’s rude to she comes once in a while and her husband comes once in a while to the only nice person is a guy named Tony he’s very nice look for him if you want anything. If you don’t believe go and see for yourself.

Came in to check out what inventory they had. There wasn’t a whole lot of Chanel at the time so I didn’t stay long enough to see much more.

One of the very few trendy, fashion forward, intimate boutiques here in the valley. I’m very impressed by the wide selection here. The salesman was very knowledgable but doesn’t appear to be pushy and hover over you while you shop, a huge plus for me.

To me it is all about customer service. I find myself feeling easy to shop here. Tony, the manager, is always friendly and not pushy. He knows what he is doing, very professional. The store also has very wide selection. You ask for it, he will find it for you. That is the best part to shop in this store. Love it.

bought a brand new hermes belt there last week, the sales guy (tony) was very nice, didn’t feel pressured, he knows his stuff, was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely recommend this place.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for the past two years. I think the rude girl that you guys talk about from the previous review is no longer working there.
I always ask for Tony (the manager) to help. He is very friendly and helpful. He always gives me a good estimate for selling. For buying, their prices are negotiable when you pay cash.

The shop owner cheated on customer, sold my purse without my permission (They want me to ship my purse to their mailbox in Oregan to save sales tax, and refuse to pay me back for over a month ($ 58,000), never do business with them. They also have a fine print that they own the unclaimed merchandise in consignment after 90 days

The owner (older Chinese lady) has the most horrible customer service in the world. Her staff is the same. They look at you from head to toe, making you feel uncomfortable. The prices were ok, but make sure you talk to the one who is in charge (the only male there) to cut down the price.

This place is sooooo bad !!! I ask the girl there how much was the handbag and she didn’t even look at me !!! Omg service is sooo bad here how do they even sale anything. I hope they shutdown service suck !!! Don’t go if you don’t believe me go give it a try :(

This place is a reliable for luxury goods and clothing. They have a wide selections of items and brands such as CHANEL, LOUIS VUITTON, BALENCIAGA, GUCCI, FENDI, DIOR, HERMES etc. The prices are ridiculous. THE SERVICE HERE IS HORRIBLE. prices are not negotiable. And as the other 2 reviews, they are so darn right about that Chinese B*tch that thinks shes all that. You dont need to be nice with these people.
I would HIGHLY recommend BOUTIQUE NO.5 in ARCADIA (on naomi and baldwin next to the Pavillions supermarket) the service there is much much professional and the items much newer in terms of condition.

If you don’t trust shopping authentic items on ebay, this place is just ok. I know there are more places besides this one you can shop from. But, don’t waste time hoping they will sell your items high! This is a true story from me and I wish I didn’t get all angry and leave bad f/​b here. I turned two of my $$$$ purses – one Prada and one Gucci, I paid $ 1500 for them. I didn’t expect them to be $ 1000 back, nor half but no way I dreamt of loosing two bags and got $ 75 bucks back! The bags are like 80% NEW condition! They first explained to me I had agreed on that % consignment fee agreement. I am like… hmmm, ok! Mind you all, they never even gave me an estimate on how much the bags can be sold for. They said yah they will be at second-​hand fair value. BIG MISTAKES! Then, months later, those rats told me they couldn’t locate my invoice. Finally, they found it and then gave me $ 75 bucks… WOW, thanks a lot for that $ 75 I can now buy myself 75 bags of M&Ms! This is way insane. If I had the time, I will take them to court! Stay away from them, all the ladies in love with their purses!
