My dad and I were assisted by Kevin. He was very friendly, and happily repeated any information that we did not understand. Dealing with contracts and bills are usually a pain, but his service was fast and the transaction was smooth.

Great customer service from Phong! I travel quite frequently and made the switch over to T-​Mobile from Verizon since they have 140+ countries covered in their simple choice plan. It is really is the best choice for travelers. Everything went super smooth, it was a quick and easy transaction. I highly recommend talking with Phong for all your cell phone needs!

Great store! Let’s face it-​cell phone stores are not what we tend to want to do for fun, but this store was a great experience. Phong was professional and got me in and out very quickly.

It’s my first time dealing with T-​mobile, I was kinda nervous. But I swear I was meant to enter this store here on Valley in Alhambra. I met with Phong and it’s was like we were friends from a different time. He made me feel like family and hook me up with all these great deals. Now I got my galaxy 7 with all these accessories. I’m beyond satisfied, thanks again Phong.

Phong has been helping me with my cell phones for as long as I can remember. He always accommodates and gives me the best prices, and to be honest, I don’t know what my data life would be without him. He always responds promptly when I text to ask him random questions, and has made several trips to my area when my family needs phone support. You won’t be disappointed. Ask for him!

I went to this t-​mobile because of the good reviews but I honestly don’t know why everyone gave this place 5 stars. Worst customer service EVER. Emily was helping me switch from AT&T to T-​Mobile and I expressed to her my concern about having to pay a lot to cancel AT&T since I was still under contract and was still paying off my phone. But she reassured me that T-​Mobile would pay off my AT&T bill if I turned in my phone. I turned in my new iPhone5 and my moms Samsung phone for two new iPhone 5 plus’s.
First things first… I was at the store THE WHOLE DAY. For 6 – 7 hours waiting for her. She was helping everyone out while trying to help me at the same time. Whatever, I get it. I’m in the customer service industry too so I didn’t think too much of it.
However, at the end of the night (had to stay until closing) she told me to come in with my final bill so they could pay it off.
Then, I checked my credit card statement and turns out she double charged me. Hm, fine. Probably an accident so called her and didn’t get the charge back instead, I had to go to the store again. Wait again. And was told she would take care of it. A day or two goes by and she just says they’re going to charge that extra money towards this months bill — fair enough.
THEN I get slammed with a $ 500+ final bill from AT&T. Didn’t want to wait at this small store so I went to another one on Valley and turns out… gotta turn in the bill MYSELF. In fact, I have to wait 8 weeks for the prepaid Visa card! Oh, and he said I may not get 100% of it back… He said I either have to pay for it myself or just wait. When I asked if AT&T would slam me with a late fee — he said usually no. Usually. What a confident answer.
I was so flustered at the other store though! Why wasn’t I told of this in the beginning?! Especially since I was there for 6 – 7 hours! SIX TO SEVEN HOURS!!! Other people were switching to T-​Mobile that day as well and I never heard her once say anything about this.
So I decided to pay for it myself and just do the reimbursement process myself… Didn’t want to get slammed with a late fee nor have to affect my credit score so, I paid it off myself thinking I would get reimbursed now, T-​Mobile will only reimburse me $ 135…OUT OF $ 580!!!
Thanks Emily for wasting my time AND MY MONEY. I work two jobs and now I’m broke for the holidays thanks to your poor customer service.
Calling the reimbursement department tomorrow to hopefully get this sorted out.
Called this store to file a complaint against her.
Never coming back EVER.
UPDATE: Called the reimbursement department and turns out it’s because EMILY wrote in my iphone has $ 0 value. Therefore, I wasn’t qualified for the reimbursement but they made an exception. Ugh. What a long painful process…

Not only it rhymes but I vouch for this gentleman because I was recommended by a friend about four years ago when I needed a new T-​Mobile service plan. So I went to see him and I have been ever since. He’s always been friendly, patient, simple and straightforward. He makes sure I understand thoroughly. It’s been four years and it proves to me that he cares about his clients from the day we met. Thank you, Phong for your consistent above and beyond service.

Phong helped me get my new iPhone 6S today. He goes out of his way to be super helpful and courteous. He has amazing customer service skills two thumbs up for him !

Yoyo helped me sign up for the Jump! On Demand program and it took only about 15 minutes. She gave me all the major points that I needed to know without wasting my time. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.

I have been contracted with T-​Mobile forever it seems and when I first thought about switching providers, I heard mixed reviews. I met Phong and he was able to talk me into trying this service and I haven’t thought about changing yet. Phong was able to always find the plan that worked for me and my family. He helped me budget for my plan although got me everything I needed with the data I use. Phong has always been able to assist me with getting new phones and fixing them through the many phones I have broken/​lost. I appreciate how you’re always there to help me out. Thank you very much.

Our family has been coming to this location for a couple years now and Phong always helps us out. The customer service is great and we get all our questions answered and leave happy. We can also count on him to help us out if we have any questions down the line. Even though we’ve moved out of the area and there are a few T-​mobile stores close by, we still come back here.

Phong and his staff have been taking care of my family for the past 5+ years from the days of the indestructible Nokias. Razrs. And now with the brand new IPhone6. He is up to date with the latest technology and is very patient in helping you familiarize yourself with your new phone. We have nothing but high praises for him and his store. They are professional, organized, and well attentive to every customer needs. Parking at this location is easy and hours are convenient. I have been with T-​mobile for almost 10 years and have been using different stores to help with my family plans and phones. I lost my most recent T-​Mobile guy and was in desperate need for a new one because I wanted to jump onto the iPhone 6 jump on demand leasing plan. I posted on my FB about needing a new T-​Mobile guy and one of my friends recommend Phong Luu. From that moment on, Phong has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
I messaged him on FB and within minutes he responded back. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough and clear. We were planning on meeting up last week but because of my crazy work schedule I wasn’t able to meet with him until Monday this week. He saved me his LAST TWO iPhone 6 and met up with me after a long busy day of driving around from store to store. Upon arrival the store was nice and clean and organized. They played music which I like. There was another lady there that was nice and helpful and speaks Chinese as well.
Overall, I have to say that Phong was super efficient, nice, and patient with me. He got me and my dad into two brand new iPhone 6 with the new jump on demand leasing plan and made the transition from android to Apple smooth and painless.
I highly recommend Phong and his stores to all of my friends and family!

Came in today close to closing time and Phong helped us out to get a cellphone (that was pretty much out of stock on all the stores I had checked)… I was doubtful they would have it here but they did.. so back to the beginning it’s literally just before closing and he helps me transfer all my info, contacts (about 300), all pictures (about 500) and videos (about 100) by this point it’s well over closing time and not once was he upset or frustrated (always with a smile)… great customer service… (just letting you know I had already gone to a different store that told me they had the phone I was looking for only to find out at pointoff arrival that they didn’t have it, so I wasted my time in the middle of traffic… but thankfully I found this store even though there is a closer store to me I will Definitely make the drive to this store… Thanks for all your help!

I came to this location because it is very close to my house and was having issues with my iPhone 6 plus. I thought I was going to have bad service like at other T-​Mobile locations, however that wasn’t the case today.
I walked in at about 1:30 in the afternoon and left exactly 10 minutes after with the best service I’ve gotten ever. I was helped by Phong whom is one of the employees. He not only fixed the issue that I was having with my phone but he also made sure that any question I had regarding my account or any other issues I may be having with the phone were taken care of.
I will definitely be coming to this location from now and and strongly recommend Phong if anybody is having issues with there plan or devices

So I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 10 years. Stopped by this store while waiting for a table at 101 noodles next door (best beef noodle soup btw). My friends said I got suckered into transferring my service to T-​Mobile but I would beg to differ. These guys got straight to the point after greeting me when I walked in. They’re really good at knowing and pin pointing my needs, which is a lower monthly bill. Not only were they able to do that, I’m getting unlimited data as well all while saving over $ 75/​month vs AT&T. I was a little concerned about the network but so far so good and they told me about some free signal booster if I ever had issues with reception. I feel the staff there is genuine and overly knowledgeable with not only T-​Mobile products but the wireless industry as a whole. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and fun people to deal with !! Switched from an iPhone 5s to the Samsung s6 edge. They transferred EVERYTHING from my old phone to my new one and they made it fun. Good times there! Highly recommend!
